LifeTilt Innovation - The future has begun
For centuries, the world has been puzzled by the Hungarian miracle. The story began in 896, when our ancestors, the greatest figures in Europe at the time, saw the Danube, stopped to quench their thirst, and since they were already there, settled down and decided that here they would fight for their homeland with the armies of the heroic Árpád. They didn't know it then, but with this, they laid the foundations of a nation which, although negligible in terms of population and area, became indispensable actors in history books and in the evolutionary and technical development of mankind due to the creativity, skill, and centuries-spanning achievements of Hungarians. And their descendants: Kálmán Kandó, László Bíró, Ferenc Deák, Gábor Bethlen, János Neumann, József Pulitzer, Lóránd Eötvös, Ignác Semmelweis, the savior of mothers, József Irinyi, and we could list the Hungarian viceroys of epochal minds for days.
The Tatars couldn't destroy us, 150 years weren't enough for the kebab boys, our borders were humiliated by treaties in Versailles, then came Horthy on a white horse, Stalin galloped on tanks, with Rákosi came the red terror and the conclusion that we somehow always stand on the wrong side. But despite this, we remain Hungarian, and we are still here, and among so much misfortune, after so many quarrels, though diminished, but not broken, a nation lives in this homeland.
Hungarians are a talented people, and our Olympic participation is the best example of this. Since 1896, we have almost always been among the top 10 in the overall medal table, which is a big deal these days, if only because sport is no longer what it used to be. Blood doctors and geneticists are redrawing the world sports map; our athletes no longer jump into the pool in swallowtails from the starting blocks of swimming events, among people about whom no one can suddenly decide whether there's a human in the water or a damn dolphin named Michael Phelps. I won't even mention technical sports like cycling, because there, they prepare using aerospace technology and achieve speeds that I don't think even a Porsche Cayenne could manage. While kayakers to our west prepare in wind tunnels, imitating currents and various drifts, here, they still take kayaks off wooden beams, and the Janics team just simply put the boat on the water. I know what I'm talking about; I carried that crap for years, and the situation hasn't changed since. Hungarian sports, with a tenth of the money and at least 20 years of technological backwardness, are currently humiliating the world in London, and we are ahead of nations like Australia, Italy, Holland, Sweden, or even Spain, which despite its crisis, invests billions of euros in Spanish elite sports. Germany, Europe's economic engine, is only just ahead of us, and France is also looking more and more frequently in its sports diplomatic rearview mirror, because we are already coming behind them in their slipstream, only one gold medal behind.
Of course, we are not only overcoming economic disadvantages with raw talent and a mental strength that surpasses nations, but also population differences, because how is it that India, with 1.3 billion people, can only show one bronze medal, Brazil, with 190 million registered people, is 20 places behind us with a total of 2 golds, while the French United States, better known as Canada, with its 32 million inhabitants and a welfare society that beats the USA, is only in 34th place, 26 places behind us. We could elaborate on this for days, but the bottom line is that we Hungarians are damn great, and one of, if not the most talented nation on planet Earth. I am proud to be Hungarian; I always have been, and I am aware of what we Hungarians are capable of. I have lived abroad; I know the meaning of the words homesickness and patriotism. I don't want to leave here; I love living here, and I want to be buried here for good when my time comes, but until then, here at home, as a Hungarian, I want to contribute as much as possible to the building of this nation in the future, and I already know how.
Everyone comes to Earth with a mission and is born for something. Not everyone finds this something, but if they do, and are aware that what they are doing is good and also builds others, then they will live a happy and fulfilling life, because as we know, work ennobles. Today, I know what my mission is and what makes me happy. I am already aware of where I stand now and I clearly see my future, and I definitively know what I want. In life, we make decisions, and there are decisions that will influence our entire lives. Lifetilt fundamentally changed my life and guided my thoughts over the months to where I am now. For the first time in my life, I know what my path is and what I need to do. From now on, I will focus my entire life on promoting sports and regular exercise, helping women lose weight, and, after proper training, raising the future generation healthily, preparing children both physically and mentally for life's challenges.
In my opinion, we live for two things. One is to find yourself and what you can do with a sincere heart and not see as work, and to find that other person with whom you complete your life. Someone who supports you in achieving your goals, who will be there for you when it's very difficult, because creating something, building it, and constantly developing it is incredibly difficult, believe me. I haven't even really started yet, but many people already want to see me fail, and this will only intensify later and become much harder. But not just for me, but for anyone who wants to do something with their life, because if you're good, they'll see you as a threat and want to crush you, while others will be unable to tolerate your successes because your success is their failure. Your successes will confront them with their failures, and they will be terribly angry with you, but don't mind them. Keep building what you started, and if you do good, no one will be able to stand in your way, because good things always find their way. Just find what you're good at, do it with all your heart, believe that what you're doing is fantastic, believe in yourself, and there will be no force that can stop you.
This is a country where there are many bitter, negative people. This bitterness surrounds us Hungarians. We are full of negativity, cynicism, but also immense emotions and creative intelligence. Achieving something in Hungary is very difficult, because if you do something and are successful at it, it is not looked upon favorably, but if you also make money from it, then intense hatred comes, and they will look for your neck with a bread knife to cut it, no matter how much you worked for it and no one cares how much time and energy you invested. The point is that no one else should have more than you. The opportunity, of course, is also available for others to achieve the same, to create something similar, but if something actually needs to be done instead of just talking, then science suddenly stops. This is unfortunately the legacy of the communist system still living within us, but time will wear away this attitude. My struggle, however, is only just beginning, and primarily with myself. Will I be able to hold together an incredibly rapidly expanding community, will I be able to fight external attacks and my own demons, and will I have enough strength to continue even when forces come my way that most would step aside from? My answer is, of course, a definite yes, and as long as I believe that we can change many things in this country over many years, then you too should believe in me.
The future of LifeTilt is being written these days, and I also know that without serious professional foundations, Tilt cannot go any further, because we have reached a critical mass where I am responsible for my writings. Therefore, LifeTilt innovation is about elevating Tilt to a higher level, laying a very stable professional foundation, thus establishing LifeTilt as a high-quality, value-providing name in Hungary, where quality is guaranteed, with a very strong and effective diet and professionally sound training methods and techniques.

LifeTilt is among the best at helping women lose weight and men build lean muscle, but I had to admit that my knowledge stops here, and for Tilt to continue developing professionally, I need to seek external help. As a first step, I enrolled in the IFFB specialized coaching course starting in September, where I will receive an internationally recognized specialized coaching diploma after successfully passing the exams. I never wanted to get a degree, because a diploma doesn't teach anyone how to speak the language of women and motivate the masses, but later, if I want to work with children, I would have had to do this sooner or later. But getting the paper is just the first step.
