Those who follow the events on Facebook might already know, but I would like to explain in more detail here what I mean when I say I need a guy for 12 weeks starting mid-June. Among other things, I'm repeating myself because I know how things work on Facebook regarding liked pages. At least, if I judge by myself, because for me, if a liked page posts more than two times in a week, I definitely hide it, because I already have to read enough unnecessary posts from my friends. Not to mention that lately I've noticed Facebook is starting to turn into some screwed-up dog rescue page. What wouldn't I give for at least one day when I don't have to read about adopting or saving a dog because otherwise it will be put down, or hating a grey Suzuki from which a dog was thrown out and is now looking for its owner, and I haven't even mentioned the 500,000 groups against dog torture. I'm against it too, I'm not saying I'm not, but for crying out loud... Seriously, soon I'll be the most knowledgeable person about the goings-on at the Deszk dog pound.

A few applications have come in asking for more information about what exactly this is about, so now officially, at length, unedited. On June 13th, which is 22 days from now, I will start my bulking workouts, which I will illustrate just like my weight loss. Petra will also finish her program around that time, so after showing what can be achieved for women with my program, now I will show what the situation is for men in terms of bulking...
Before there are any misunderstandings. Everyone who applies must cover their own costs. I will write their workouts, their diet, they will start the program with me, they will train with me, and I will motivate them, meaning in 3 months I will casually change their appearance and their life, which will bring with it all the positive changes that such a program can offer. In return, they undertake to appear on the blog and to be the Petra for men, who, like the girl, will show the way and set an example for other guys. 12 weeks, which is 84 days, 6 weekly summary posts, in which we will illustrate the change with a photo. We will document everything: the workout plan, the diet, the runs, the girls. Since two of us are starting at the same time, our weekly summaries will also be together every 15 days, so if either of us slacks off with the program, it will immediately become apparent. Oh, yes, speaking of slacking off. One day I stumbled upon a forum where Petra's weight loss was the topic. They were specifically discussing what everyone thought of Petra's program and change. At such times, the troll-brained assholes appear on schedule, claiming that the whole thing is fake and the picture is Photoshopped. I've written enough about negative, pulling-down people, so I'll skip that now, but it remains incomprehensible to me that when people see some positive change, the vultures immediately appear and start crying foul.
Credibility, kids, credibility. One of the most important things in life, without which nothing can be achieved, and without which you won't get anywhere. The MSZP and SZDSZ could tell you enough about its complete absence in detail, and the results were clear. I started taking pictures for credibility, but if that's not enough, then it's time to take the blog to a higher level. There are increasingly strong voices asking us to organize some kind of group workout, because most of the time things fail because there isn't enough motivation alone, and it's boring, and humans are social creatures, etc., etc...
Let's make LifeTilt interactive, meaning when I start our workouts with the guy on June 13th, join us as our program kicks off on Margaret Island, giving yourselves a head start, or you can even start your own program with us, because we need a week of togetherness. If we go for a run on the island or cycle in the Buda hills, I'll post it on Facebook and Twitter exactly where and when we're going, and then we'll meet there. If this comes together and this initiative takes root, it will have been worth creating this blog, and who knows what connections will be born from it. This initiative will also be good for you to see with your own eyes that our change is not a Photoshopped reality, but a real change that you can see for yourselves week after week. However, I want to make it clear that only those who can look to their future positively, who can inspire others with their optimistic attitude, should come. I'm not interested in negative whining, because if I wanted someone to annoy me with their nonsense, I'd go to my mom's or be in a serious relationship...
A little more detail about the program. Whoever applies should expect the following. As I mentioned, this blog is written for everyone, but it is only accessible above a certain level. To complete such a 3-month program, a stable financial background is necessary. The following expenses should be expected per month. Gym membership 10-15,000, but there are also 3-month options, for example, where I go, a 3-month pass is 27,500. Food is the most significant expense, 30-40,000 for 1 month, but you spend that much anyway on worse food, at least this will be healthy. Supplements, vitamins, etc. are about 25,000, all in all, 1 month will cost about 70,000, but the only real extra costs compared to everyday life will be the gym membership and the supplement stuff. In other words, your current monthly expenses will increase by 35-40 thousand due to the program. Apply, and those who are willing to appear in the blog (without showing their face) and can cover the associated costs should apply.
I'm planning a female version of this towards mid-summer, a weight loss and shaping program for women, but there it will be with 3 women at once (lol), creating a competition. But that will be within a more professional framework, because we are already looking for sponsors and writing presentations for advertisers.

My childhood friend, whom I've known since birth and grew up with, gave birth last week, and I'd like to congratulate her here. She's an important woman in my life because she was the first person I kissed (a peck on the lips) at age 9, and she also gave me my first glimpse into the world's greatest sanctuary. Now that her husband also knows these background details, with this video, I wish them much happiness in surviving the upcoming sleepless months...
If anyone doesn't understand why I only reply to their email after 2 weeks, I'd send them this picture, which faithfully reflects the conditions prevailing at my place.
