LifeTiltGym The Technique 1.
Megosztás

I’ve always admired people who, even after many years, manage to do something just as poorly as they did when they first started. A perfect example of this is the gym, where throngs of people go who, even after years, have absolutely no concept of things like training technique, the importance of rest periods between exercises, focused training on specific muscles, correct posture during exercises, not to mention stretching and hydration during workouts. Walking around in sports shoes, always bench pressing because a man, of course, has to bench press, and doing bicep curls with dumbbells, then they're surprised why there's no progress. These are dangerously foolish people, because if someone spends several hours a week on something for an extended period, and doesn't even have the self-respect to at least read up on it or ask someone, "Hey, if I'm curling my biceps like I'm playing volleyball, am I really as much of an idiot as I seem?" then there's really nothing we can do with them going forward.
That’s why I decided to film a video exercise series showing how to perform exercises with correct technique to achieve results. 68 exercises, specifically for women and men, with the most effective exercise routines. We’ve filmed 26 videos in this first round so far, but we’re continuously recording more... Weight training is one of the most conscious sports, where by keeping our body under control, we can achieve spectacular results, and where with the right intensity and movements, we stimulate our cells, which is the primary condition for our body's development. If we perform these exercises incorrectly for an extended period, and the energy is not concentrated in the specific muscles, then the energy is absorbed by other parts of the body, which can cause injuries, tears, and other organic illnesses. Not to mention, even doing nothing is better than a poorly performed workout, like spraying anesthetic on your tongue and trying to satisfy a woman with your mouth.
Just as there's no cheating in dieting, it's also important to perform exercises correctly. It's a very simple matter. If you mess up your diet and eat poorly, you won't lose weight. If you're clueless about workouts, you won't sculpt your body, there won't be noticeable changes, no round glutes, no shapely biceps, and few things are more discouraging than working out 4 times a week and seeing hardly any change in yourself. The people losing weight publicly on Tilt achieve drastic transformations because they receive personalized diets and perform their exercises with correct technique, which leads to spectacular changes, partly due to the quality workout time spent effectively. That's why. Watch these videos, try to replicate the movements, and follow the advice given in the videos. Breathing, rhythm, appropriate intensity workout, with proper rest periods. If you do this, you'll see the results of your 70-day program in a short time.
IMPORTANT !!!
Don't chat with anyone at the gym during your workout. Put on your headphones in the changing room and focus solely on your workout. The time spent at the gym and generally on workouts should be about working out, nothing else. No Facebooking, no checking emails on your phone, no watching matches on TV, and most importantly, don't start talking nonsense with the other jerks in the gym, because your muscles will cool down and you can go back to ballet. A weight training session should never, I repeat never, last longer than 80 minutes. You need to fit those 8-10 exercises with the specified number of sets, as included in your training plan, into this time, because it's clear to everyone that you don't go to the gym without a training plan. I know you think you can put together a 3-day program for yourself, but I'm telling you now that program is a huge mistake and almost certainly crap, because I'd dangle my dick among Piranhas, I'm so sure that out of the 10 guys reading this post, maybe two have leg day in their training plan, which is one of the most important workouts even for men. Oh, and before I forget. I've seen fewer ridiculous things on the internet than the workout videos on body.builder. Anyone who tries to learn exercises based on those should feel very foolish, because they'll probably learn more useful information about the correct execution of weight training exercises in next week's TV guide than from the body.builder workout videos.
BREAKING… I'm looking for really hot girls to film the women's exercises. If you'd like to appear in these videos, please apply at bence@lifetilt.hu .
