Mental transformation

How many times have you heard the solution from those close to you?
How many times have you been told to get over it, to close the past, if you're not satisfied, then change, stop, and don't do it anymore, or cut ties with everything that's holding you back?
Do these pieces of advice sound familiar? I guess so. And these? Finally do it, dare to take risks, you don't always have to play it safe, close your eyes and jump, finally do what you've been dreaming of for years, and if you have a plan, then make it happen.
Late-night drinking, friendly conversations. When the conversation turns to the big things in life, where everyone is so damn smart. Where everyone is aware of values, where everyone knows the solution, of course, constantly emphasizing how difficult it is, but it must be done, otherwise we can all go to hell.
The life truths of the generation of smart people who hand out advice everywhere, who know the solution. From the outside, everything seems so simple, but why would you take advice from people who are just as stuck, brooding over their lives, mourning the memories of their past relationships, or perhaps their wasted, undeveloped years?
Solving problems, having the strength to do so, and making the right decisions. The courage to embark on the journey, to achieve what you have planned, and to stay strong throughout, not to waver, not to become uncertain. That would be the solution, but for most people, it's not going to happen, because 90% of people are not in a state to follow these 5 steps, or to make themselves follow them.
And the unresolved problems just accumulate in that certain backpack, which unfortunately we can never put down. A backpack into which the grievances of our past are placed, and that backpack only gets heavier and heavier, and after a while, we won't even be able to move, let alone move towards a nobler goal, which in every case means a happy life. Because we will have no chance of a full life if we don't solve our problems, if we don't close those points in our lives that tear us apart.

You couldn't solve it, okay. Then listen to me and try the path I suggest. You don't have to believe me, I don't even care if after reading this post you continue to live as you did before, because honestly, I don't give a damn. You're not doing me a favor by taking these words to heart, but yourself, but you'll only realize that later, and then you'll be damn grateful to me.
I won't ask you to do anything that I wasn't able to do back then, or that I still haven't been able to bring myself to do, even though if I had, I would be much further along than I am now. But these things must be done, because there is no other way, it simply doesn't exist.
1. So now, just let yourself go a little. Let go of your problems and don't stress. It's completely unnecessary. You couldn't solve it until now, and believe me, no matter how much you struggle, you won't solve it afterward either. Accept it, this is how it is. You're needlessly expending energy, and since you don't have enough strength to solve them now, just sit back and switch off, turn off your brain.
It's the beginning of the year now, you've had a undoubtedly tiring year behind you, which has affected you in many ways, or you're just simply exhausted. In a new year, big plans are obligatory, but another 2-3 days will pass, and you'll also realize that this year is the same as the others, and no different from last year, only the number 3 is painted a little differently on the calendars.
The problem that was there a week ago or a few months ago, or in the worst case for years, is still there, if you didn't see a way out a few days ago, then you probably don't see it now either, your eyes are just still dazzled by the fireworks. Sit back, take a deep breath, and let yourself go. You already know very well that you need to change, but what and how you've tried so far hasn't brought any particular change. This is the first step. Let yourself go, and just don't give a damn about anything.

2. Now give me control. Don't try to decide, don't try to solve it, don't wait for confirmation from others, don't think about what would be good for you, just trust me, put your faith in me.
Don't ask stupid questions, don't question what I say, don't ask for anyone else's opinion on whether this will be good or not, because if you've decided to listen to me now, then don't care what the twentieth monkey thinks, just trust me now.
3. Close the past, but if possible, totally. Close it as if it never existed. No old loves, no memories in your head, no people who wronged you, you don't want to get revenge on them now. You have to close the past in your mind. Of course, this is not possible, but now accept that you were hurt. Accept that you were badly screwed over in the past, accept that you were cheated on, lied to, deceived. Accept everything that hurts, and don't hold on to these grievances within yourself. People's energy is consumed most by these past screw-ups. The thought of retaliating for petty grievances is completely unnecessary, because it doesn't move you forward, you won't profit anything from it. This only keeps negative thoughts close to you, with which you only poison yourself further.
Close everything. Build walls around yourself, but walls that no one and nothing will be able to penetrate. You are about to build a new world, which you needed because the world you live in now did not give you what you need. Don't tell anyone what you are preparing for, because what they don't know, they can't talk you out of. You will have someone to share with, don't worry. I will be here for you, We will be here for you, you will be part of the tens of thousands strong TILT community. There will be someone to encourage you, someone to listen to you, and most importantly, everyone here will support you. However, there are a few things you have to do, which you may still consider unnecessary now, but everything has a reason. I am not asking you for anything that will not be important in the future for some reason, or that is not connected to something that will only make sense later.
4. Most people fail in their big life resolutions because they don't see the change immediately, they don't see that their efforts are fruitful. Most people, after 16 hours of sticking to a diet and running the first 3 km, are already looking at themselves in the mirror at home, searching for change, like a circus monkey. But that's how humans are. They want to see results, if possible, immediately, and if that doesn't happen, their enthusiasm wanes. This is not about body shaping yet, that's still a long way off.
Before that, you need to get mentally stronger, and since you're starting a new life, you need to see that it's worth doing. You need to see that your efforts are not in vain, you need to see that the sacrifice you make indeed has meaning. The connection of the dots, at the end of which a new world will unfold before you.

So get your life in order, and start with your apartment. Clean the damn thing. But not just by vacuuming and dusting. That's not the point. Take everything you've wanted to get rid of for a long time, everything that just takes up space. Take these items and throw them the hell out. We don't need junk and the "it'll be good for something later, so I won't throw it out" commoner mentality. Every unnecessary item thrown out, or throwing out furniture that just takes up space, will symbolize a piece of your past. Look at these items as throwing out the unnecessary, painful parts of your past. This will be a huge release. Start with the items that mean nothing, and gradually move towards the items that are present in your apartment as mementos.
Many hearts will surely break here, because here you will already know that the end of this process will be what you should have done a long time ago, but you didn't have enough strength for it yet, just like for many other things. A plane ticket from three years ago from a shared trip, a piece of clothing left behind, a stuffed animal you received from them for your birthday. Memories from a time that has passed and will never come back. You cannot live in the past, because you will have no present. But I'm not asking for that yet, because you're not ready for it yet. Now, just start small, start with the insignificant things.
5. Once that's done, open your closet and throw out the clothes you don't use. Everything goes. Everything goes, because there will be no such thing as "it might be good to wear for something someday," because there will be no such occasion.
You have to clean up your life, empty that certain backpack so it's easier for you to move on, and you have to accept that. Get rid of your past, tidy up your home so your head can be a little tidier too, because if you do this, it will be the first and most important step in your mental transformation and your detachment from your past, when your progress becomes tangible.
Don't cling to objects, because they are not the embodiment of your beautiful memories, but just an object that chains you, your development, and you cannot move on because it always pulls you back.
6. The more objects you remove from your life, especially those that have emotional significance for you, the more it will affect you. At this point, you might feel that you are not ready for it yet, that it is not the right time. You will feel that you are losing the objects that have been a support just by their mere existence, and that nothing connects you to what no longer exists, but still means a lot to you. At this point, you will become uncertain, but you must put these thoughts aside. Because the path you have now embarked on will often affect you, but character cannot develop without pain, and you can have nothing until you are capable of letting go.
7. Because you have dislodged yourself from the world you lived in so far, and are gradually eliminating the mental imprints of your past that cause your present problems, you increasingly feel like you are moving in a vacuum, where everything is unknown and uncertain. People tend to think that even if what they have now is bad, at least it's predictable. Most people are afraid to change for this reason, because they don't know what awaits them. But you don't have to worry about that now, because your old life won't completely cease to exist, that wouldn't even be possible, but simply you are building an alternative world for yourself, for which we are just now laying the foundations. You know, you only let go of the old vine when you are sure you have a hold of the other, but women know that very well, don't they?
The foundation of your new world will be LifeTILT, it will be movement, which provides the basis for everything, which can solve all problems, where tears do not leave your eyes but your legs, where you don't vent your tension on others, but on yourself, while you just keep going, just keep moving forward, overcoming yourself.
All the hatred, envy, and malice that is in you, all the negative feelings you feel day after day, you don't feel them towards others, my friend, but towards yourself. You hate because you hate yourself. You are envious because you feel that you are not enough. You feel that there is more in you, but you do nothing to bring it out. You curse people, God, anything. You look for who is to blame, why it doesn't work out, why others have more money, a better apartment, a better job, a more comfortable life? Because they did more for it, that's why. Did it hurt? They didn't care. Was it hard? They endured it. Did they fail? They started over.
This is the recipe and that's all there is to it. You have to endure the pain, the fatigue. You have to go even when you have no strength, you have to keep going even when you are no longer capable. These shape character, this is what makes you an exceptional person, and this is how you will overcome others simply by going on when others stop. This is the only human quality that separates winners from losers, that they always keep going. Because only death can stop us, but until then, we have to go. Damn it, WE HAVE TO GO!!!!!!!
So go. Conquer your worthless self. Conquer that self within you that hinders you, that lacks courage. Conquer that self that would stop when you are tired. Because in reality, that's what life is about, that's what sports are about, that's what movement is about, whether you can defeat the person who is the greatest enemy of your life, who is none other than yourself.
