Motivational idiots

A few years ago, this motivational bullshit became very fashionable, where almost every page is now filled with platitudes about life's struggles and "overcome yourself" type of dirty big clichés.
Of course, the truly big assholes do all this with English text images. I know a good number of fitness sites and personal trainers whose entire professional work consists of posting such images, which in itself wouldn't be a problem, but the bigger problem is that they dilute the whole thing, and besides devaluing the true power of these images, readers eventually become completely immune to them. Not to mention, the couch potato really feels like they've done something to change their life by liking these images. It's like someone making me watch porn all day. For a while it's okay, but if they're constantly shoving it in my face, then I'll definitely lose my appetite for the whole thing, no matter how horny I was at the beginning.

Let's take a woman who has outgrown her clothes, the classic type who always has some food in her office drawer. The daily activity and physical activity of such a woman usually consists of turning her head towards the clock, anxiously awaiting the minute when, with chocolate wrappers in her pocket, she can rush to the staff canteen, and then when the awaited moment arrives, she stuffs herself with all sorts of junk, so that by the end of the day she feels even worse about herself than when she went to work in the morning. Nowadays, we spend more time online than in real life, and a significant portion of that time is spent on Facebook. Let's say this woman encounters "You can do it" type motivational images 40 times a day, with the obligatory world-changing thoughts that come with them, and that's precisely the problem here. Even self-respecting people despise Gangnam Style, not because the South Korean homosexual music wouldn't be great, but because it's even reflected on Discovery Channel.
By endlessly shoving these motivational images down people's throats, these meaningless, contentless nobodies achieve only one thing: the target group, i.e., those people who truly need motivation and who could actually draw strength from these images, receive them in such quantities that they might just hit a like, but soon not even that, and move on to the nearest Burger King.
I understand that you want to help and sell your many crappy products with these images, but you are just simply creativity-lacking assholes, empty-headed, meaningless monkeys on a daily trash level, along with your saved images. So I would ask every personal trainer, everyday superhero, and the 26 millionth "fit ass" Facebook page that promotes themselves online, if they don't have meaningful things to say or truly helpful information to offer others, to please do everyone a favor and shut up, because their current activity only causes harm, without genuinely changing lifestyles or achieving meaningful results.
