After men – and besides obesity – cellulite ruins the lives of most women. Unlike obesity, however, cellulite also affects women who don't have a Milka chocolate bar shoved in their face every single day.
Fat women deserve their fate, no matter how many brightly colored boxes they try to package their messed-up lives in, but what about women who suffer from cellulite despite not living a sodomitic lifestyle like fat women, and yet still carry the heavy burden of frustration caused by cellulite for many years?
80-85% of women are affected by cellulite, so it's probably no coincidence that a whole industry has sprung up around its treatment, in which women are fooled with creams, heat therapy nonsense, bioresonance treatments, and God knows what else, promising a lasting and permanent solution to the problem.
Women and the pursuit of beauty have lived in symbiosis since the beginning of time, and women rightly fight against anything that visually damages their beauty, using every means at their disposal to eliminate it. However, the situation is not that simple, and I want to state upfront that cellulite cannot be eliminated by massage, no matter what vacuum, blood-cleansing, cell-relaxing, or revolutionary massage methods they peddle to you. I'm not saying that massage is completely ineffective, but its effectiveness on its own is roughly equivalent to shooting six times into an army of tens of thousands. A few people would surely die, but besides not solving the problem, you'd feel pretty stupid afterward.
Cellulite is a female condition, which we can't really call a disease, because it's a natural part of being a woman. We could even say that it belongs to the female body, as its development is, if not primarily, then certainly due to estrogen hormone and its fat-producing processes, which are responsible for shaping the female form. It's no coincidence that cellulite appears on classic female body parts such as the waist, buttocks, hips, and thighs...

Stages of cellulite
In the first stage, the skin surface is completely smooth both standing and lying down, but if we examine the area more closely by pulling the skin apart, small dimples become visible.
In the second stage, skin unevenness already appears when standing, but still looks smooth when lying down. But only appears to.
In the third stage, the Fidesz-effect, i.e. the orange-like serration or whatever, becomes permanent, while in the most severe phase, it is noticeable even through clothing.
Cellulite can be triggered by a bunch of things. It can be triggered by poor hormone balance, for which contraceptives can be primarily responsible, but there can also be genetic factors, which is problematic because there's not much you can do with inherited crap. Skin changes are the first harbingers of processes happening in our body. The same applies to the appearance of cellulite, the main cause of which is impaired blood and lymphatic circulation, which can be triggered by foods rich in sugar, fat, and calories, as well as a lifestyle lacking any real movement, sedentary work, cigarettes, alcohol, in other words, everything that introduces toxins into the body and disrupts our circulation.
This brings us to the essential part of the topic, which is how to eliminate cellulite, and if necessary, who needs to be killed to do so.
Everyone has an effective alternative to this question, but I'd rather not join the ranks of the suckers, so I'd just say that it can't be eliminated, only made asymptomatic, because cellulite is like an allergy. If you treat it properly, there's no problem. But if, let's say, you're allergic to cat hair, and you still make out with a cat, then don't be surprised if you start suffocating. It's the same with cellulite, which can be eliminated with long, persistent work, but this requires clean eating, regular exercise, sauna, hot and cold showers, drinking 2-3 liters of fluid daily, and a president fat burner, which in this case is the Pyruvate PRO, which most brutally humiliates fat cells and speeds up this process. This is the foundation. If you adhere to these, cellulite will disappear over time, and the smoothness of your skin can be greatly improved. However, if you don't consistently adhere to the holy trinity of healthy eating, exercise, and 3 liters of fluid daily, cellulite will return, as if sending you a message that you're doing something wrong, that this wasn't what we agreed upon.

If you don't want cellulite...
...eliminate as many toxins from your life as possible. Start by eliminating preservatives. Don't buy pre-packaged foods, as they are mostly preserved with gases and the most harmful E-numbers.
...quit smoking. Smoking trolls your skin's collagen supply, which fundamentally determines skin firmness and elasticity.
...exercise 4 times a week.
...eat normally and increase your vitamin and mineral intake.
...shower with alternating water temperatures and use creams that have anti-inflammatory and metabolism-boosting effects.
The cellulite problem once again highlights the very important fact that maintaining the external beauty of the body should be a lifelong process. You either understand this and believe me, or you think you're incredibly smart because you read somewhere that there's a method that promises something different from what I've described here, and which method, by the way, costs tens of thousands of forints. There will always be brain-dead idiots who believe this, and there will always be heartless, rotten-hearted worms who will make you believe that you can achieve what can only be achieved through diet and exercise, without diet and exercise. I've written countless times that you won't achieve worthwhile results without real effort, but women are just like that; they think they can buy beauty, they can buy slimness, a beautiful, smooth skin surface. But shaping the body and firming the skin, unfortunately, goes beyond the art of makeup and the discreetly covering cuts of well-chosen clothes.
