P4P training Butt
Megosztás

Peter André is a living example of how to earn millions of pounds, to shag the best women, and to base an entire life solely and exclusively on having perfect abs. Add a music video, exploit the last show business opportunities of the 90s before the ruthless 2000s, sit back, zip down, get the girl. I remember when this clip came out, and a shirtless photo of this pheasant-boy appeared in Bravo magazine. One girl actually used a poster of him to bind her diary. Crazy things happened back then, before the internet era, and there was total idiocy at a school level. Every girl was crazy about him, except for the Tankcsapda fans and those EDDA fans who weren't crying over the death of Peti Kun while listening to Lelkünkből. What thighs and butts are to women, six-pack abs and a well-developed upper body are to men. Visually, it's perhaps one of the most important muscle groups, and Calvin Klein knew this well, building his empire as a heterosexual on the foundation of those 8 abdominal muscles in a world where no one who isn't gay, bisexual, or a demonstrably perfectly decadent perverse animal can set foot. And I'm not talking about the entire staff of RTL Club here. This André kid is a massive poser, but the work he put into his body must definitely be acknowledged.
Where would Cristiano Ronaldo, Brad Pitt, Markus Schenkenberg (the number one male model) be now if they hadn't invested enormous amounts of energy and time into their bodies? Probably C. Ronaldo would still be a damn good footballer, but he wouldn't be hyped to death, and Armani certainly wouldn't have signed him for 5 years, that's for sure. C. Ronaldo, by his own admission, does 3000 sit-ups a day in addition to his Real Madrid training, and Pitt literally spent years preparing for his most significant films. I thought I'd mention that there will be training plans like Ronaldo's and Pitt's in the future.
Before we get to the colder parts of the post, i.e., what exercises we can do for abs, I'd like to include a few more pictures for motivation. I really hope that this post won't be swarmed by "beer belly" readers, although let's face it, everything is in place for that to happen.

Now that everyone has received adequate motivation to start their abdominal workouts, we need to clarify a few things first. First of all, shaping the abdominal muscles is by far the most difficult thing in the world of body shaping, and to achieve such muscle definition, a minimum, I repeat, a minimum of half a year of hard training is required, naturally alongside a carbohydrate-free, protein-rich diet. If you have any Teleshop or who-knows-where-ordered abdominal trainers at home, everyone should grab it now, stop reading this post, break it, throw it away, burn it, the point is to get rid of it, because it only takes up space and is absolutely useless. You'll get abdominal muscles sooner by asking someone to kick you in the stomach for a few minutes.
The abdominal muscles can be divided into three parts, and to achieve balanced, beautifully sculpted abdominal muscles in the future, all three should be trained. It is a huge misconception that the more sit-ups we do, meaning the more we train our abs, the sooner we will have a six-pack. That's a huge load of bullshit!!!!!!!! Maximum three exercises, 15-20 repetitions, but performed CORRECTLY. If you know some poser who brags about doing 500 sit-ups, show them any of the videos here, check if they do it CORRECTLY, and I guarantee they won't be able to do more than thirty at once. So, there are three muscle groups within the abs: the front part of the abs, those notorious 8 packs, and the oblique muscles, which are divided into 2 parts. One stimulates the lower part of the oblique muscle, the part we train to get rid of the "love handles." The other is the upper part of the oblique muscle, which shapes the hips in women and the lower part of the deltoid muscle in men. It forms a V-shape, if you prefer. Let's see what exercises we can do for these, but most importantly, how to perform them CORRECTLY.

Now this is a really cool exercise. Don't skip it in your workouts. I'm talking about the video with the black guy above.
There are still plenty of essential core exercises for abdominal training, but there are no P4P videos for them yet, so I looked for materials that aren't as illustrative as these animated films, but still adequately demonstrate how they should be done. It might not be as spectacular, but I think it'll do.
Chest workouts are coming in the next post, followed by arm workouts, which will be a very substantial topic, then back and calves. This is regarding the P4P workouts, but I've also started writing a movie post about actors' preparations for films. I thought about writing a few more lines about the situation in Libya, but then I realized I don't give a damn what those Frenchies are up to in Africa. Gaddafi was also stirring something up in Egypt, but honestly, I was more interested in who Tottenham would play in the Champions League quarter-finals (Madrid). One more thing I definitely wanted to mention is that the online version of the New York Times has become paid, which means that the button has been pressed on that switch that will inevitably start us down the road to paid portals here at home too, meaning we will pay separately to read Index, Portfolio, or even Origó, in addition to our internet bill, of course. It's going to be a beautiful new world, so I'm not investing huge sums in printed press anymore.
I'll write a short summary of my workouts tomorrow or the day after, before the weekly recap. We're going to Mix tonight to show off, so if I've offended anyone or if anyone recognizes that I'm talking about their girlfriend in any of the posts, they can find me there.
