P4P chest-biceps workout

I conducted a small poll, a sort of 'female attraction factor' measurement among my acquaintances, regarding the effect of biceps and pectoral muscles on them as women. I asked about twenty girls, and to my greatest surprise, I didn't get the answers I expected at all. I was completely convinced that what glutes and thighs are to women, chest and biceps are to men. I asked every girl the same question, which was, "What effect does the sight of biceps and pectoral muscles on a man have on you, and what does it evoke in you?" I essentially received two types of answers. One group largely doesn't care about muscles, because charisma, humor, and personality are a hundred times more important, and once those are present, then as a bonus, instincts for the aforementioned muscle groups naturally kick in. According to the other large group, these muscles are indeed important, but not the sight itself, but because it suggests strength, and thus women can feel safe with the man, and among other things, it makes them feel like a woman next to a man and other such bullshit. Then there were a few girls who didn't even understand the question or were incapable of forming a coherent complex sentence, but as always, the best answer was given by one of my favorites.

 Pectoral muscles

When training the chest muscles, we divide the chest into four parts: lower, upper, inner, and outer. It's advisable to train each of these separately, because if you don't, your chest will be shapeless, flat, or asymmetrical. This is true for all muscles, but with the chest muscles, deformities due to incorrect training are the most noticeable.

Biceps

The biceps muscle can be divided into two parts: upper and lower. With their training, we should aim for a spherical shape that separates from the inner part of the elbow crease at the bottom and from the front part of the shoulder at the top. Obviously, this is not the goal for women, but they don't train it in the same way as men.

In the next part of the series, we'll cover back and triceps exercises. Then, we'll conclude the series with exercises for the calves, forearms, and neck muscles. Schalke thrashed Inter 5-2 in Milan, which I don't understand, especially since they're fighting against relegation in the already mediocre Bundesliga, with a 36-year-old striker. I can't talk about this anymore, and not just because this match ruined my accumulator bet.

By the way, did you know that all roads lead to Fukushima?...
