P4P Training Shoulders

In the future, the dynamics of the blog will change a bit, because a few things have changed with me. The circumstances are different from what they were at the beginning, the goals have changed, and many more people are reading the blog than I expected. We've evolved, people, and evolution and the passage of time bring with them the change that has arrived in their case as well. I'm still doing my workouts, I just don't see the point anymore in daily summaries like "I woke up, I'm not hungry, the workout went well, today was chest day, protein shake in the evening, damn what a queer I saw on the treadmill today, motherfucker." Instead, I'll focus a little more on weekly summaries, where I'll describe my weekly training work in more detail, what was up with the diet, and what the directive for next week will be. On weekdays, the focus will shift to workout plans and diets written for different body types, naturally separated for men and women. Posts like this will appear, and we'll delve a bit into the world of mainstream as well. Preparations of actors for movies, foundational training of elite athletes, CK models, sports teams, workout plans of personal trainers, and I will try to translate as many articles and interviews as possible. If something more interesting happens in my training, I will of course write about it.

Since January 12, 2011, when this blog came into existence, I hope I have managed to share many useful tips and valuable, usable information regarding lifestyle, diet, and training. As I write this post, that is, on the evening of the 15th (Inter is screwing Bayern), I was gathering information for the next post when I stumbled upon a page that made me feel, for the first time since I was 15, that I could go without porn and girls again. I can finally write about one of the most useful and important topics in the detail I always wanted. From the beginning, I had a problem with not being able to adequately and clearly describe the most basic thing about weight training exercises. I'm talking about the technical execution of gym workouts, which is not only the most basic prerequisite for body sculpting, but I would also say that it's the foundation of everything when we talk about weight training and muscle sculpting. In almost every post, I say that working out in the gym without proper technique is completely meaningless and useless.

I'll be honest, I'm more nervous than an average Hungarian "dancer" from Hajógyári Island who got her first "dancing" job in Italy. I haven't waited for the end of a post like this in a long time, because this will truly be a valuable series of posts from which you can learn a lot and utilize in the future. I remember the last time I was this excited was when we were waiting for the election results on April 11, 2010. Oh God, how beautiful it was. I had been waiting for that moment for 8 years, and I would like to thank the helpless, impotent, incompetent, clumsy election counting committee for their sub-par work, which robbed me of the perverse pleasure of joyfully celebrating the change of government with a green-painted dick in a state of ecstasy.
That evening, we also had the pleasure of welcoming IzomTibi among us, who is the writer of this blog. In real life, he's an enthusiastic political revolutionary who didn't sit in any polling station simply because, during the previous referendum, a Fidesz delegate had severely drained his blood due to his MSZP sympathies. Since he could no longer defend the indefensible, and didn't want to expose himself to that again, he chose to come over, and we watched the somewhat delayed regime change at my place.
The main reason we're here: a technically correct presentation of muscle groups with 3D animation, detailing proper breathing and the separate working of muscle groups broken down into parts, meaning everything that's important and necessary to understand what, how much, and why we're doing it. Period. Now let's see this presented in a pretty cool little prezi.
But before we dive in, it's important to clarify something and remember it for life. We train small muscles a little, big muscles a lot. It's that damn simple, and if everyone understands this and, say, sticks to it, they've already done more for themselves than János Kóka did for the country in 6 years. So, biceps are a small muscle, a maximum of 3 exercises. You can do 9 exercises for biceps, but there will be a small problem with that, because if you do it TECHNICALLY CORRECTLY, 3 exercises will be more than enough to totally blast your biceps, so much so that your muscles will tremble.
If this doesn't happen, you did it wrong. The other thing is that even if you do 8-9 exercises for a small muscle, after the fourth, the workout will become completely meaningless, the muscle will no longer respond because it's tired + if you're not doing it correctly, then you might as well stay home and play Xbox. Based on this example, there's a table to the left showing the maximum number of exercises that can be done for each muscle. So, not sets, but exercises. I think training forearms is unnecessary because in almost every exercise where we train the upper body, our forearms are used as secondary muscles. Training them separately might even be silly because if we overdo it, they can get inflamed or injured, and we won't be able to perform almost any exercise. So I don't recommend separate forearm training, but if someone is really obsessed with Popeye, they should do a maximum of 2 exercises.

These are the main muscle groups, but we will go through a total of 16 muscle groups, from the neck muscles all the way to the calves, leaving nothing out. It's important that you understand these, so when you look at workout plans, or even better, you'll be able to create your own workout plan after this series, then you'll know what each exercise entails + you'll be able to perform them correctly. Every muscle consists of several parts that should be worked from all directions; an excellent example of this is the shoulder muscle, which consists of 3 parts as you can see in the diagram. We'll only examine this one muscle now because I don't want the post to be too long, but I promise that for the rest, I won't ramble as much, just demonstrate the exercises.
shoulder

(2) secondary muscle neck, (3) tertiary forearm
(2) abs (3) biceps
(2) biceps (3) neck
(2) neck (3) thigh
(2) neck (3) hamstrings
(2) neck
(2) chest (3) triceps
Women should not overdo shoulder muscle training. Their turn will come... and in the demonstration of exercises too. Haaaaahhh, what a joke. Oh, something else I absolutely have to get off my chest. ASVA , you motherfuckers!!!!!
