Day 70: 55.6 kg Day 0: 67.2 kg

Weight loss interactively, with the full involvement of internet social media... This is the future, and Petra is an indispensable part of it. Katus Attila is now copying this, the Summerproject is trying it, and it won't be long before this format appears in women's magazines too (I've been approached). Leading for 8-10 weeks, broken down into weekly summaries, documented with experience reports and photos, making the weight loss process traceable. This way, anyone can easily identify with the participant, and since the action unfolds before their eyes, they will also start because if the girl next door could do it, then believe me, you can do it too. My primary goal with Petra was to present the weight loss process. To illustrate through her that weight loss is not something divine, and you don't need any special crap for it. Anyone can do it who sticks to the diet and trains 4 times a week. Petra paved the way during her 70 days and sounded the alarm for you; all you have to do is follow her and absolutely not give up because of any made-up female emotional bullshit. Some have already taken the first steps, while others are still mulling over the idea of starting a diet and changing their undoubtedly unproductive lifestyle, one way or another...
Petra wanted to be 54 kilos at the beginning of the program instead of the initial 67.2 kg. Well, that didn't happen, as the scale stopped at 55.6 kg, which means "only" a 11.6 kg loss. Petranszkaja stuck to her diet throughout, but unfortunately, I can't say the same about her strength training sessions. The irregularity of the strength training was the most vulnerable point of the program, which is painful because we could have achieved much more spectacular results. Women are still as afraid of strength training as sole traders are of a tax authority audit. How and in what form should I explain it again so that women understand that strength training will not make them muscular and bulky, but it is an essential part of the program when it comes to body shaping. Strength training + diet + cardio – these three together are the perfect combination, and if you skip any of them, you won't even achieve half of the possible results. Miss Petra did stick to her runs more or less, which means 2 x 6 km per week, but there were plenty of "summerakolások" (slacking off) there too towards the end. I attribute the lack of effort in the major workouts to the last 10-12 days because Petra was experiencing all sorts of problems by then. In the last few weeks, to compensate for the missed workouts, she cycled to work, which is quite a distance considering Pesterzsébet to downtown. What are lifestyle change programs capable of, right? After Petra used the elevator even for the mezzanine floor just two months ago, now she cycles 15 kilometers before 7 AM.
The authenticity of the weight loss was questioned by some, not only on the blog but also on other forums. Well, the video below was made for them. Furthermore, I would like to ask every asshole who thinks that Petra's weight loss is nothing but a trick and lighting adjustment to do me the favor of going to hell and then getting on Air France Flight 447 from Paris to Rio. Thank you.
A significant part of the blog, the Petra project, has ended here. The "weight loss of women" will continue on the blog, because after I return from Sound and find my liver, there will be new girls who will hopefully agree to publish their transformation or the documentation of their potential failure in front of the blog's public; in any case, women's weight loss will remain an integral part of the blog in the future. In addition to the letter, Petra bids farewell to the LifeT!lt blog and its readers with this video, specifically its last few seconds. What else could I wish Petra for the future but good luck, thanks for the program, and once again, sorry I broke the blender.
