RunT!lt 3 After
Megosztás
After all, only four people wanted to take photos at the 3rd RunT!lt. Two photographers and Summerproject. This resulted in only one single picture being taken of the whole thing, and even that was only because my friend Ákos took one for Facebook before the start, and I only realized on Margaret Bridge that I hadn't photographed either the group winners or anyone else, so the media part of the whole thing was completely messed up. But it was messed up like any show on Tv2, which is pretty bad. The 3rd RunT!lt cannot be expressed in numbers, and unfortunately not because the event is ideologically priceless, but because I have no idea how many of us there were. My dad swears we were between 55-60 because he counted them before the start, but I'm afraid he also counted my mom and those who only came as companions to the event, or just out of curiosity, but didn't run. In the very end there was a count (47) but by then a good many people had already left, so I have no idea, but one thing is certain. In Kossuth Square in 2002 there were 2.5 million people. Now, for the first time, not only the direct runners appeared, but also relatives and spectators. There was a guy who came out sick just because he wanted to be here, there was someone whose husband accompanied her, and there was someone who didn't have time to go home and change, and came straight from work to the RunT!lt. Anyway, there were many of us, and the best part is that we once again completely outdid Nike Running, because they were also running on the other side of the island with a dozen or so people, strutting around. We are actually getting so many that we need to organize the RunT!lt more seriously because while the campfire atmosphere worked for 19 people at the first run, it no longer really works for 50-60 people. These differences mainly appeared in the group assignments because, for example, a guy came who joined group B, and since he was there, he ran a 19.35, completely humbling group A. No stupid Kenyan runs that fast, even though he's escaping a lion on the prairie, so I still need to rethink this group assignment thing. Maybe I'll create a database, tracking your times, but that's not a solution if a lot of new people come. You need to know how much you can handle, because if you know you run faster than a Vespa scooter, you shouldn't join group C, and you shouldn't force group A with a hip prosthesis either. Find your category, the people with whom you can complete the lap by running together, because the point here would be to run together and learn to love the suffering and thereby running as well. Sense of achievement, bad weather, bad food, damn Mary Poppins... Let's see who were the best in their categories.
Category winners
Group A: Ágoston Madocsai 19.35
Group B: László Horváth 23.05
Best female runner: Júlia Hadarits 27.03
If I misspelled someone's name, please let me know, because my girlfriend wrote down the names, and I can't read her handwriting. I would especially like to highlight the 12-year-old boy who came to the RunT!lt and ran around the island in 29.17, and at the same time, I would like to ask his parents not to let him read LifeT!lt, because although I am aware of the obscene conditions in elementary schools in the Hungarian education system, even with that, LifeT!lt is not a blog that a 10-12 year old should read. So much for the public service moral responsibility minutes, and since the obscene style came up, I would like to mention here that I did not get into ValóVilág 5, meaning I will be at the next run towards the end of September. At the same time, the projects that have been pending because of the homosexuals at RTL Klub will also start. The next run will be towards the end of September, I don't even know exactly when yet, but before that, the 3-women weight loss thing I talked about on the island will start. Details coming soon on the LifeT!lt Facebook page…
