Runt!lt-run May 22.

On May 22, RunTilt is back, and if idokep.hu is to be believed, it will be 26 degrees Celsius, meaning nothing can stop us from having a huge party on Margaret Island with running, grilling, and lots of drinking.
RunTilt initially was just about running, but by now it has grown into a community gathering for the LifeTilt blog, where after the run we set up on a meadow and celebrate being part of Hungary's coolest community with a grill party.
So I would like to ask everyone attending the event on Wednesday, May 22, to come in black and contribute to the grill party as follows.
Everyone should bring whatever drinks they want. As for food, let's divide it by gender to ensure the variety needed for a truly good garden party. Girls should make some cool salad, or perhaps prepare one of Shape Réka's diet recipe wonders, and boys should bring meat, say chicken or some kind of beef, marinated if possible, to make a sacrifice at the altar of flavors and gastronomic delights. I'll bring a grill, charcoal, two cases of Heineken, and I think 2 liters of gasoline, so there's no problem with the fire either.

The meeting point, as always, will be at the fountain that is currently being renovated. The event starts at 7:00 PM, but groups will depart at 7:20 PM, and the RunTilt run will begin. RunTilt will start with a warm-up led by Kristóf, but of course, the entire LifeTilt crew will be there, including Réka, whom you can bombard with questions about diet recipe ideas.
The distance is 5 km, which can be run in groups depending on physical condition.
There will be 4 groups.
Group A: where the fastest runners start. These are those who complete the island loop in under 25 minutes.
Group B: the group where most people always start; those who can run the distance between 25 and 32 minutes should join this group.
Group C is for those who can conquer the distance in 32–38 minutes, while Group D is for those who can only complete the distance in over 40 minutes and push their own limits.
Anyone who doesn't feel strong enough to complete the 5 km distance can test themselves on a shorter, 2 km section.
This is a community run where many personal records have already been set. Breaking into groups ensures that you run the distance with people who are at your level, thus avoiding lonely kilometers.
After the run, and once everyone has reached the finish line, the grilling jamboree will begin in the nearby meadow, where, in addition to salads, LifeTilt protein tastings will also take place. You can also win LifeTilt shakers, so the whole thing will be like a silly May Day, but on a much higher intellectual level.
