147 women applied for the Slim3 program by October 15th, and over 92 of them started in the 10+ category, which almost graphically illustrates the conditions that show women's willingness to lose weight broken down into categories. 19 mothers, 36 25+ girls, and as I mentioned, 92 10+ girls. These numbers are telling, and even with such a small sample, they show that mothers' willingness to lose weight is there, but most mothers put themselves in the background, considering childcare and family life more important than their appearance, even though they are aware that they should do something because motherhood doesn't mean they stop being wives. Reconciling the two is merely a matter of will and organization, because citing children, household, or even childbirth months later is just looking for loopholes and a direct path to the pathetic world of excuses. The desire for change among 25+ women, quantified and proportionally, is higher than that of mothers, but for them, there's the factor that they're past the point where it's very difficult to come back from, because they face such a long journey and have to put in so much effort to fix their appearance that they get tired of the thought of it. They don't even try anymore, and they don't even believe in themselves, even though they only need a few months of routine in their lives to avoid ending up 20 years earlier. Therefore, if there's an overweight woman who has been reading the blog for a while and hasn't applied for Slim3, she should ask herself why she hasn't, and think deeply about it. Those who have applied are doing the program with Vivien because they are ready for change, and sending their application is the best proof of this...
And then there are the 10+ girls, for whom achieving their desired shape is almost within arm's reach. For them, the change is relatively easy, and let's add that these women (with 5-12 kg of excess weight) are present in our daily lives in such numbers that with a well-chosen outfit, we don't even notice they have excess weight. We no longer say these women are obese, because the extra pounds are not even noticeable. Men look at and desire these women just as much as a so-called good-looking, hot chick, and these few pounds don't bother most men at all. But there would still be a serious problem here that fundamentally determines the daily lives of these women. This is that these women clearly see the excess weight on themselves, which makes them feel bad. No matter how much they cover their stomachs with a well-fitting top, their legs with black tights, or their bottoms with a looser skirt, they simply cannot hide their self-image, and their complexes and insecurities about themselves due to obesity, because unfortunately, not even Ralph Lauren, Vera Wang, and Moschino combined could design suitable veils for thoughts, and this knowledge affects every single hour of their daily lives. The 10+ girls are good women, it's worth clarifying this, and men think so too, but women also need to think this about themselves, otherwise, we can go straight to hell, and unfortunately, not just women.

Adrien perfectly embodies this category. She's the kind of girl that nobody would guess she has weight problems, and especially not that she has 11 kilos of excess weight. Girls can dress with incredible creativity, but the problem with this, like with push-up bras, is that just because it looks that way doesn't mean it is. The exceptionally high application rate of 10+ girls is due to this, not to mention that most women are not satisfied with themselves even if they have a really good figure with negligible excess weight, let alone if they are actually struggling with weight problems.
With Adrienn, I'm pushing the boundaries, because by selecting this girl, I can now thoroughly test what the LifeTilt program is actually capable of. I could have played it safe with a girl who could easily lose 10 kilos, and thanks to her physical attributes, there would have been plenty of time for Laura's kind of shaping in these 70 days. Adrienn is my answer to those who claim that I don't take on the transformation of truly problematic girls. Three factors hinder Adrienn during the program, and even one would be more than enough, but here we are facing three such factors at once.
1. Inherited wide hips, which are difficult to shape due to genetics.
2. Health problems for which she has to take birth control pills, and with this, we arrive at a problem affecting many women, which is called...
3. Taking birth control. There are two real pains in a woman's life. One is what they call red mud flow in Devecser and Kolontár, and the other is taking birth control, which affects many women like a several-week McDonald's cure for an endomorphic body type. Birth control is the coolest invention in the history of medicine, let's state that, but it doesn't achieve its intended effect in all women.
Adrienn was supposed to start her birth control course in a few days, following medical instructions. Yesterday I had a Facebook conversation with Adri, where I suggested what if she didn't start the course, but waited a month, in case the LifeTilt program's diet and 4 weekly workouts put her in order, to which she said: "okay, let's do it this way". There will be no problem with Erika, for Vivien the program will be decided in her head, while for Adri, the will and determination for change are completely present, but for her, these 3 factors will influence her program. The only question is to what extent. I am very curious to see what we can achieve with Adri after such a background, and what LifeTilt is actually capable of; in any case, we will get the answers in 70 days.
I'm going to put Adri through a lot, brutally. She doesn't need to be watched like Vivien, and she doesn't have as much excess weight, plus she has some training history. For the first 40 days, she will train 4 times a week. She will have two strength training and two cardio workouts. The strength training will focus primarily on her glutes and thighs, the lower abdomen, and shoulders, to achieve an hourglass figure. A significant part of the cardio workouts will be stair climbing, which she will need to incorporate into her runs, and there will also be uphill cycling. In the last 30 days, we will increase to 5 workouts a week + 1 cardio day.
Adrien
First, let me introduce myself. My name is Adrienn, I am 18 years old, and honestly, for a long time I have longed for a confident, self-satisfied woman to look back at me when I look in the mirror. I was practically dissatisfied with myself even at 15, but right at the beginning I want to state that unfortunately I inherited a body type from my mother such that even if I tried my hardest, I would never be reed-thin, because I simply remain strong in the buttock and thigh area. At 15, I hadn't accepted this yet, and I wanted to look like those model-figured girls in magazines at all costs.
I did everything for this. The result was always that IF I lost weight, I gained it all back, but my thighs and bottom were still not what I wanted. I became a "victim" of the yo-yo effect on more than one occasion, and this process still haunts me, which unfortunately is already visible on my skin. Last year, when I literally didn't even dare to look in the mirror, I decided to put an end to it. Looking back, it went very well. I reduced my food intake, and I paid a lot of attention to what I put into my body. I didn't neglect sports either; I went running, I did crunches at home, and the result was that I lost 8 kg in 2 months. I was terribly happy about it, but of course, I was still not completely satisfied with myself, as my skin definitely needed firming. Achieving this was enough of a success for me, and my 18th birthday was also approaching, and I could wear any dress I wanted. I felt good in my own skin and was confident.
Then I started eating, which means I was eating continuously all day long, and it slowly but surely piled up on me. Summer came, and my girlfriends and I went on vacation for a week. Since I saw everyone around me eating (and not sparingly), of course, I ate the same way. I knew that the food accumulated differently for them than for me, but in that situation, I simply didn't care. Autumn came, and the pounds were still coming on, and that was the point when I realized that this had seriously gone beyond my allowed limits. My usual clothes simply didn't fit me, or if they did, I looked like a stuffed pigeon in them. Unfortunately, the truth is that even then, I wasn't aware that there was a big problem, and if I didn't stop, I would dangerously cross the line from which it would be very difficult to come back. My parents were the most worried about me because they know me, and they know that if I ever stand in front of the mirror and see myself in it, I won't feel good in my own skin, which will then affect my mood, and others have already experienced this.
This was the final straw, after which I decided that this couldn't go on. It's not true that I can't wear the clothes I want, I who am a fashion enthusiast, that I can't really feel good at any party, that with this behavior I'm not only completely wearing myself out, but also winding up the people around me. I realized that I had to do something!
Perhaps it was fate that Bence announced the Slim3 program at this time, which I was very happy about, and I almost immediately signed up, come what may, I'll take it. Later I read that I had made it past the first round, and I was indescribably happy about it, practically dancing with joy. The personal meeting came, and somehow I felt that I wouldn't get in, that I had messed it up. I was very disheartened, how could I have ruined such a good opportunity! Bence didn't say anything like that, I simply felt that I wasn't good enough for all this. A few days later, the phone call came: I GOT IN! It caught me by surprise because I was completely convinced that I wouldn't get in, but the news incredibly cheered me up.
I hope that those who are in the same boat as me and have realized that a good figure won't just magically appear if we sit idly by and do nothing for it, just keep eating, resigning ourselves to the life we ourselves have shaped this way, will join us, so that by the end of the program, we can become confident, happy women. A woman who is not afraid to look in the mirror, and consciously directs her life, her body, because it can be done, and I will show you!
