Teljes képernyő rögzítése 2012.04.01. 124414.jpgExactly 1 year ago, there was a documented male transformation on Tilt. At that time, Dani represented the gender capable of rational and logical thinking on the blog. After losing 20 kilos in 3 months, he married his fiancée last summer after 7 years, and now they are planning to have a child together. So, since Dani, there hasn't been a man on the blog, and I didn't really want to force the topic, but I had to realize that many, many more women read Tilt than I could possibly ignore. Male ID1 was the third most popular category with 117 applicants, and it became clear to me what I already knew: while women struggle with not being able to lose weight, guys suffer from a lack of information needed to build muscle mass, which causes brutally bad self-image issues and low self-esteem. Many thin guys applied wanting to pack on muscle in 90-100 days, but the biggest problem with this is that building quality and quantity muscle requires at least a year and a half of conscious living, appropriate training methods broken down into levels, changing them every 3-4 months, gradually increasing intensity, and focusing on specific muscle groups. You can do roadshows with weight loss in 70 or 90 days, but building visible muscle in such a short time naturally is impossible and out of the question.

With Ádi, I will present the first steps of this process, starting with the basics, because although Ádi's body is not currently a wagon full of crap, we can certainly agree on a bag of shit. Ádi's training plan for the next 70 days includes 4 gym workouts and 2 interval cardio workouts per week, followed by a cutting diet. I really hope, by the way, that Ádi will complete his 70 days as successfully and effectively as the women who transformed on Tilt have done on multiple occasions, because it would look really bad if I scold women for lacking perseverance or will, and then a guy comes along on the blog and, unlike the other women, fails his program by not producing results. In any case, I will make sure this doesn't happen...

By the way, today I realized how you can tell if your girlfriend is a good chick. It's when you look at her photos on Facebook and you don't want to screw her friends... Thank you for your attention.

                                                                       Ádi

Hi everyone!

First, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Ádám, and I'm 21 years old. I generally like all sports, but for one reason or another (mostly excuses, really) I don't really pursue any of them. It wasn't always like this, though. I played basketball for 6 years, but then due to circumstances beyond my control, I stopped, leaving me without regular physical activity. Oh, wait! Not long after I stopped training, I bought a membership to a local gym. I managed to go three times in a month... I wouldn't call that intense bodybuilding, for sure.

After that, I thought nothing would get to me, so I ate, drank, and didn't care about exercise, which brought its own results. Over a few years, I got to the point where only doctors saw me shirtless. There was a 5-year period when I didn't go to the beach at all to avoid undressing in front of others. It was so ingrained in me that I was never (and I mean never) shirtless in front of my mother, my best friends, or even my current girlfriend. So, construction worker tans (brown up to the sleeves of my shirt, then stark white) were a regular guest every summer. And a bad appearance was only one of the consequences of years of messing around.

The other pleasant surprise was the constant feeling of fatigue and lethargy. I got tired in everything, practically. If I had to climb two flights of stairs, I'd be gasping for breath and dragging myself along with the help of the railing. During school football games, after two sprint lengths, I'd switch to positional play, meaning I'd stand around and wait for the others to do something. I could list more negative consequences of my self-destruction, but I think everyone can imagine it. The bottom line is that the decision was made. This sucks! I want to go to the beach, not be the guy playing the lamppost during football games. To put it simply, I want to feel good in my own skin. That's what these 70 days will be about for me. And also, maybe by the end of the summer, my arms will be the same color above and below the elbow. :D
