Slim3 Season 3 from November 9

 Slim3 Generations. Applications open from August 1st

In the third season of Slim3, the weight loss journey of 5 different age groups will be documented and followed. The essence of Slim3 Generations is to showcase the weight loss process depending on age. Slim3 is not a generational conflict, but rather a presentation of changes due to the passage of time, i.e., how the Lifetilt diet affects those in their twenties, thirties, forties, fifties, and sixties.
