Looking back, these 15 days passed faster than I thought. The beginning was a bit difficult, as my old friend, hunger, regularly visited me, much to my delight. However, by now we've reached a point where we see each other less and less, to my greatest joy. In fact, sometimes I notice that I'm not even hungry before meals anymore. Plus, I've grown to like several foods that I never thought I'd even taste before.

I regret the lack of gym workouts due to Tomi's illness, but he's recovered now, so we can get back to serious work. Although, even now, I sometimes see things on my arms that eerily resemble muscles. Here and there... Occasionally...

I've made peace with running; even though I always feel like I'm dying during the run, the satisfaction at the end compensates for all the crap. I never thought, for example, that I'd be able to run 8 kilometers non-stop, yet I did. Oh, and by the way, Margaret Island is damn big the first time you run it.

During the 15 days, there were enthusiastic periods and somewhat less enthusiastic ones. The latter mainly occurred when I felt I wasn't progressing at the right pace. Even now, looking at the pictures, I don't know what to think. Sometimes I see change and progress, but sometimes I see that everything is the same. Although, this will really be interesting at the end of the 70 days.

My environment is largely supportive, in various ways. For example, two of my friends started the program with me. We try to help each other as much as we can. Of course, there are disagreements with my mom about food, but everything is slowly falling into place, and the friction is decreasing.

I've also noticed that, unlike before, I'm not as tired. Instead of sleeping until 2-3 PM on weekends, it's not uncommon for me to wake up around 8-9 AM by myself. I generally feel fresher and more active. I get nicely tired by the end of the day, and wake up more rested in the morning.

I'm curious about the further results, especially the final ones. I'll continue to do my best. I'll pick up from here in 15 days.
