I don't want to drag this out, because I had a Christmas jamboree with my buddies and I got pretty messed up. It just hit me that I still need to write Adri's post, so I'll keep it short. Adrienn has become a hot woman, I think we can agree on that, and even though I asked her to wear high heels and a mini-skirt for her day 45 photos, as the pictures show, she didn't do it for me, even though it would have given the Bangbros generation a few pleasant minutes, that's for sure. Adri is also increasingly shedding the thick web of her complexes, and realizing the changes in herself, I think I can safely say that there won't be a party in Budapest tonight that Adrienn won't show up to. That's how party princesses are born, and everyone can be sure that the increased number of late nights is solely due to Adri getting those affirmations from men in large doses at parties, which is why she started all this. In reality, every woman starts for this reason, and of course, they all say it's for themselves, but that's a huge bullshit, but I'm not going to get into that now because my head is about to burst.

Finally, I wish everyone good luck with the hours spent with family out of necessity. I'm already preparing, I even bought a box of Xanax so I can endure this intense three-day Christmas hassle. A few of you will fail due to Christmas eating, but don't worry, because maybe it will be your turn tomorrow, but one day we will all fail, because life is a struggle and if it's bad then you just have to deal with it.

Merry Christmas…

Adrienn

45 days... Unbelievable. It's like I just started, and it's almost over... I'm not looking forward to the end at all, of course it will be nice to eat more variety, but in fact it will also be bad. Somehow, all this has become a habit, and I know it will soon end, and I will have to get used to it on my own, to what I can allow myself and what I can't. This will be a tough nut to crack, but it will undoubtedly work! 15 days have passed since the previous post, which is not much time, yet something has changed. I've realized certain things. First of all, I considered myself lucky from the beginning to be in this program, but somehow all this only just now reached my brain. Although I started differently at the beginning, I knew it wouldn't be easy, but I thought I would easily get through all this. Bence wrote on the blog that if you start this lifestyle, how much everything will change. Until my 30-day post, I just laughed to myself, wondering what would change, this is just another diet like the rest, only more complex. Oh, I reluctantly admit, Bence, you were right!! Everything has changed.

You start doing all this, there are fluctuations, I notice them in myself too, sometimes everything goes smoothly, sometimes it's harder. By this I don't mean that I ever thought about giving up. That's out of the question. Let's just say there's a certain program, and there's a separate life. If your performance in the program isn't going well, it affects your life, and the reverse is also true. It's difficult, not easy, but you figure out how to balance the two. It's achievable, but you really, really have to want it. Anyone who starts all this with "oh, I'll manage, I THINK I'll succeed..." shouldn't even bother. You have to start this with real determination! To avoid misunderstandings, I don't want to re-write Bence's words, but my own experienced opinion. Because I only just realized this now, I just had a little something, we can call it a "low point" although that's quite an exaggeration. Rather, I just realized that I should change certain things in my life, and I think this program greatly facilitated that.

The other thing I realized is that I never thought how many people are watching us. Of course, I knew that many people read the blog, but so many... This is both a great motivation and a great burden. It's a burden because to some extent I have to reach my previous physique in this time, and that's a bit worrying for me. But only positively, so I think even if it's not that spectacular, I know that behind every kg I lose there's serious work. These thoughts are swirling in my head right now, which I wanted to share with you. But besides that, you will have very good feelings, you can't even imagine. I never thought I could run this much... and my first run, which I can say I'm proud of, was 11.14 km in 1:09:00. Here, the numbers are not the primary measure (of course they are!!!) but rather that we went running in pouring rain and wind! Not a single runner came across us on the way. I always stopped at the Buda Castle going uphill, but this time I didn't have to take a single breath, I just kept going, the rain was hitting my face, the wind didn't spare us either, but the whole thing filled me with a good feeling. These are what give me the greatest strength, that yes, I can do this. When you overcome your previous "limits". That's why it's worth starting all this! I would also like to elaborate a bit more on my workouts. I go regularly, although there's still some refinement needed in my technique, but I'm making progress. I don't see the change in myself yet, but I hope I'll slowly start to "muscle up". Gym... I have mixed feelings about it. Sometimes I feel like going, sometimes laziness takes over me (of course, I overcome it!!) But it's the same with running, sometimes it's very hard to get myself to start, even though I know only the starting is difficult, after that everything goes by itself. I hope I'm not the only one who feels this way...

Oh, and I almost forgot, I got new protein, Micellar Casein, in chocolate flavor. Hmm, it's not like the previous one, the consistency is foamier, thicker. At first, it was hard to drink, but today I mixed it with a ratio of 1dl milk and 2dl water and I LIKED IT!!! :) Just a little bit about the diet, there's no change, I mean, I'm sticking to it properly. I planned beforehand that even though you can eat well at Christmas, I won't allow myself sweets and chocolate. I'll also pay attention to what I eat with other foods, because what's the point of all this if I play "feast table"? What's certain is that there will be crab and seafood! I LOVE IT! As Erika put it, this is a test for our future life after the program. Although sometimes I think about it and get sad that unfortunately I'll have to pay attention to how I eat and what I eat for the rest of my life, while others can eat as much as they want and not gain weight. But it's okay, everything has its pros and cons, and you have to accept that! :)

Finally, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! :) I hope we have a white Christmas. And then, be careful with alcohol on New Year's Eve!! :)
