I have always had my opinions on the role of women in society and their moral conduct, depending on their age and financial background, of course. About teenagers, mothers, married and abandoned women, unfaithful lovers, mothers-in-law and grandmothers, the frustrated, sex-deprived, cardigan-wearing women who have been living in anguish for years, and, of course, the desperate single milfs who act as sex boilers, as well as the balanced women in happy relationships who cheat. The image I have in my mind about women who play or embody various roles has been primarily acquired through experience. I have observed them at work, in various everyday situations, from business negotiations, through the superficial world of nightclubs and the awkwardness of dates, to the most diverse social situations. My favorites are primarily those women who pretend to be in a happy relationship for themselves, their partners, the world, or who the hell knows who, and every public appearance they make – meaning another woman is present – resembles a presentation demonstrating the happiness of their relationship. Before there are any misunderstandings, these women are the biggest sluts, because most of my affairs, of course, were with these women. There was a period in my life when only women who were in some kind of relationship came to me. Last week, I witnessed three events again that really made me desperate. As I mentioned, I have an image of mothers in my mind, and the situation last Wednesday, where a child is at home, and a woman is having sex at an apartment but has to rush because she has an anniversary dinner with her husband at a restaurant on the other side of town in 30 minutes, doesn't fit into that image at all. This world has changed, because while girls used to dream of their future husbands, imagined their weddings, how many children they would have, and how they would create the ideal family atmosphere, now most of the fantasies of teenage girls are limited to whether they would rather see themselves in an Audi or an X6 SUV, leaning over the steering wheel from the passenger seat, above the seat...

Emancipation destroyed everything because it fundamentally castrated the institutional system of the concept of family, and its only benefit, besides the undoubtedly necessary reforms, is that sexual decadence has completely run wild in women's minds, resulting in the mass decline of normal family lives. Motherhood is a sacred and inviolable social role for me, which I equate with honesty, loyalty, and a moral, exemplary way of life, that is, everything for which a man can unconditionally respect a woman. The more promiscuous a woman is, the less she possesses these qualities, which is unpleasant simply because these should be the foundations of feminine behavior. If a woman possesses these minimally or not at all, then she can really go to hell, because she has nothing but her appearance, and a book without content rarely becomes a bestseller.

My mother, who has always lived an exemplary life, and whose honesty has never wavered for a moment, who has held the family together for years, and who raised me to be a man, is the only woman I trust. I don't know exactly when the last date will be written, after which no mothers in the classic sense of the word will be born, but if that day comes, then we should stop immediately, because if the foundations of millions of families that serve as the basis of society are laid by sluts called mothers, then there's nothing more to talk about. We must appreciate every woman who is a good mother, a good wife, and is able to create the family unit in which the future generation will grow up. Erika's public appearance goes far beyond the weight loss process, because the events of the past few days have made me realize that all of this is secondary. I consider it much more important that the current generation of teenagers and twenty-somethings see an alternative, that it's not just about being promiscuous, but that there is a mother who raises three children, has goals, and is able to excel not only as a mother, but also as a wife and a woman. These are the women who should be showcased, although I know this is not a Velvet and Index compatible topic, because space is needed for the cosmetic blog and the other damn whores on the front page.

To the two mothers and the newlywed wife I just spoke about, I would say they can go screw themselves, although if I'm not mistaken, they've already done that intensely...

I can't believe how fast time flies; after 30 days, it went by very quickly. I reached the 30-day mark on December 3rd, and now it's December 18th. This past week was the hardest so far, and because of running, I had to give up a beloved activity, my sewing club, because I couldn't fit both in. Is running more important? Running is what relaxes me so much that it's more relaxing than any other activity, of course, after playing with my children. I feel free for that half an hour, plus or minus 10 minutes. Of course, this will be a little more later; I would like, or rather, I wanted to do 5 km laps this week, but it didn't work out. I'm drained, I'm tired. This week is for packing, next week is for cleaning, once everything is done.

At home, I am constantly exposed to "NOs." By this, I mean mountains of cakes, mountains of Santa packages, and wafers, and lángos, and wine crescents. And when I say "no" a thousand times in my head, it's not out of whining, but perhaps this is where I got tired, at this point. But I am strong and unyielding, and I will be saying this "no" many more times in my life. I'm not stagnating, but it has slowed down, which is almost like still water, and I know I can only shake it up by leveling up my running, which would mean kilometers between 5 and 6. I started running faster, not consciously, it just happened. So far in December, I've run almost 29 km. I could be better, I know, time is scarce right now... My drinking, or rather, my fluid intake, is critically low; I need to figure something out because it's not working like this, and maybe that's why the tape measure isn't moving, because I'm not drinking the right amount. To write something good, my hip circumference, I don't even remember when it was this small, my weight was like this in 1997, after my diet following my daughter's birth. I stepped on the scale, and I still can't believe it, or rather, I don't even comprehend it, I see it and that's it...

I am looking forward to Christmas with mixed feelings, as the program allows it, but my mind won't, and I already know I will be hesitating over the tray of sweets, "is it allowed or not?" But I have always paid attention to how much sugar I ate, preferring to prepare everything with sweetener. Although I have tasted all of my sister-in-law's sweets so far. Now I don't know, the day will bring it, I will write about it anyway. The diet is still sustainable, I pay attention to the time, although I am hungry sometimes. But the micellar shake is truly the foundation of this, with low caloric content it still fills you up (and can even be drunk before bed), and I still believe that I would have stopped losing weight twice already (during periods of stagnation lasting weeks) if it weren't for the fat burner and HCA.

When I'm in my clothes, the change is quite noticeable, my legs are quite shapely in my jeans and black sweatpants, and I'm satisfied. When this end-of-year rush is over and I'm a bit more rested, I hope I'll believe what the scale shows, 63!!!!, and what I see in the mirror, my thighs are firming up, my stomach has stalled now, but it will start towards developing abs, or at least it will be flatter, I'm doing everything for that, and after all, there are still 25 days left, that's almost a full month, and I will continue to lose weight and transform, both internally and externally.
