Bogi

15 days have already passed?! That's the first thing that came to my mind when I glanced at my calendar and realized I had to weigh myself. To be honest, I was a little scared of the first "big" weigh-in, because already in the first two weeks I had to struggle with the work versus workout task, which didn't exactly yield the most ideal results. All this was spiced up by a week-long flu that I battled on my feet, but luckily, thanks to freshly squeezed grapefruit (among other things), I've recovered.

Escaping the onslaught of Easter hams and eggs, I spent 3 days in Barcelona, where there was plenty of temptation. I think ice cream vendors and giant pancake stands multiply in Spain day by day, because somehow I perceived and saw every single one of them with extra sensitivity this time. However, I believe that despite all this, you can stick to your diet anywhere, you just need to find a supermarket and look around thoroughly. On the first day, we stocked up on rye bread, fruit, salad, milk (as I successfully smuggled my protein across the border), etc.

I once ate Paella, which consists of rice and seafood, and in my opinion, that was my most "hardcore" meal during my 15 days. However, since then I only cook for myself, because that way I'm sure I'm eating good quality food. All in all, I survived the first 15 days, there was no suffering or clawing at the walls for Sangria, only the guilt of not having worked out for a week due to illness.

However, now I continue the next 75 days with renewed strength and momentum, and I'm glad to be on the path where (with a little heartache still, but) I can easily say "no" and I don't have to puzzle over "yeses" about how weak I am, how the little devil in my head has defeated me again.

fotó.PNGTomi, I'm sorry for my weakness yesterday, I'm feeling better now, I've slept off all the crap that was in my head. This morning I woke up and spat in the face of my old self for letting things get so out of hand, both externally and internally. I hate my old self, and I'm turning my back on it. I've worked so hard to be as strong as you see me, and this is the real me, not the weak crap that burst out of me yesterday and who, when no one's looking, eats other people's food, etc. It was good to see the astonishment on your faces, and it made me realize that if I remain pathetic, I will always attract pathetic and weak people, which will never allow me to break free. So, in short: Thank you, and I'm stepping on the gas! Have a nice day!
