Slim3 Edina Day 0
Megosztás
The 20+ category is a test that already foreshadows the fourth season. In this category, Imola, who lives in Dombóvár, 240 km away from me, and Edina, who lives in Budapest, are participating.
This category is an experiment, at the end of which I will get answers to, among other things, what kind of change a girl achieves who goes through the program almost independently, with whom I can ideally work once a week, and what results Edina will achieve, with whom I will be in almost daily contact for the next 70 days. Does my presence matter, and if so, will it manifest in terms of weight, body composition, proportional body transformation, and generally the quality of experiencing the program?
So Edina is the second participant in the 20+ category.
Hello, dear LifeT!lt followers!
When I applied for Slim, I had to consider whether I really wanted almost 12,000 people to see me posing in a bikini... at 82 kg. Then I decided, yes, I want it. Let them see how much effort, willpower, and suffering goes into losing weight. BUT IT IS POSSIBLE! And not with miracle cures, which unfortunately I have already tried (Turbo Diet, pills, paprika cream... etc.).
I stopped exercising about 6 years ago. It wasn't too intense, but with quitting it, a sedentary lifestyle finally set in. It's also worth noting that I replaced the abandoned exercise with eating. Tomi's theory also holds true, that girls in a relationship gain weight... I've been with my fiancé for 6 years. That's why I want to prove myself to him too, and stand proudly by his side. He has already changed his wardrobe after a significant weight loss, now it's my turn!
I love clothes, I love dressing up, but this is what shopping looks like: I like, say, 10 pieces of clothing, and if I'm lucky, one fits me properly. And I've had enough of that. I want to calmly and confidently wear a miniskirt around May-June, a bikini in the summer, and anything else, for that matter!
I constantly feel like everyone is looking at me and criticizing me when I enter a place. Even if this isn't always the case, it's a terrible feeling. I want to finally be able to enter a place calmly, inconspicuously – or quite the opposite, with everyone marveling at how thin I am, or how much weight I've lost. This is especially important in summer. You can dress to cover here, not show there, highlight there, but there's a certain limit where you can't play this game anymore. And anyway, it's very boring to play this every morning. I want to wear whatever I fancy!
So at the beginning of Slim, I am very optimistic. I know it will be incredibly difficult (and even tougher than that), but I feel like everyone around me is supporting me. I could do it alone, but I've failed so many times that the big decision has arrived. I want to do it publicly, because my pride would NOT allow me to give up halfway through and have everyone laugh at me. Speaking of publicity, Tomi asked if I was afraid of negative commenters. To some extent, yes, because during such an intense program, one can be quite unstable, generally more irritable, with fluctuating moods, and prone to hysteria. If comments find me in such a state, I'm sure I'll be upset, but as long as I'm doing my best, I won't take it personally. However, the positive ones will motivate me more!
I hope to show others that it can be done, and indeed, it must be done for the sake of health.
If I reach 65 kg, I will be completely satisfied, but I will do everything in my power to go even lower than that. For this, I am very grateful for the help of LifeT!lt, Tomi, and all of you!
Cheer for me!
