Slim3 Edina Day 20 –5.5kg

As I write my 20th-day entry, I'm at -5.5 kg. I think this is a pretty good weight loss. I want to reach -15 kg (at least) by the end of day 70.

When Tomi sent me the comparison picture, I was so happy. I'm at a stage where I don't need a wardrobe change yet, but my old pants are starting to feel loose, my winter coat feels airier, and I have to buckle my belt one or two notches tighter. I was starting to hit a plateau, but this picture gave me energy during my current down (exam) period.

I plunged into the diet and workouts with tremendous enthusiasm, following everything to the letter, and it paid off. Then came Christmas. Tomi said he knew well what the three days of Christmas and New Year's Eve were about, so we could eat as we pleased during the holidays (within the bounds of our conscience), and drink alcohol on New Year's Eve. Of course, I didn't deny myself the guilty pleasure, which I now deeply regret. Before Christmas, I was -5 kg, and I started January at -3.5 kg. It wasn't worth eating that much... Well, it's done now, I messed up. BUT! From now on, I'm going to push myself even harder. I'm trying to run longer distances (currently about 3 km continuously), I'm strictly adhering to my diet, and I've also started sauna sessions.

My relationship with Tomi can also be described as good, although at the beginning I was afraid he would just show me the direction and leave me to it. This wasn't the case. And I'm honestly glad about that. I can call him anytime if I have a problem, he tries to help, and if I'm feeling down, he puts me back on track. He's strict during workouts, making sure we do the exercises precisely and correctly, but at the same time, we talk and joke around a lot. Even just the twice-weekly joint training would be enough, but it's good to know that I can call him anytime, and that he's interested in me because he also calls.

In short and very concisely, this was my first 20 days. Missteps and successes. But there are still 50 days left, and my desire to stroll around in a mini-skirt when the good weather arrives hasn't faded. Everything and everyone motivates me in my immediate and, thankfully, indirect environment too. I am very grateful to everyone for this. That's why I'm showing you that I can do it!
