Slim3 Imola vége –13kg

Slim3 Imola end –13kg

The end… I could say that, if I truly believed it. I’ve known for a month now that for me, the program wouldn’t end after 70 days. There are several reasons why I want to continue: primarily, I’m nowhere near my goal yet, and secondly, I feel much better with my new lifestyle. So, for me, the word "end" only signifies the conclusion of our joint workouts, consultations, and photoshoots.

At the last photoshoot, Tomi asked me what would happen now. I blurted out the answer: well, what else, I'm moving on! Then his next question was, according to what? My goal now wouldn’t be to rigidly stick to a diet, as I am aware that this is not sustainable in the long term. Many fundamental things became clear to me during the program. These basic things were always right before my eyes, but I didn't notice them. However, during these past few months, it has been ingrained in me, among other things, that I don’t eat white flour, instead, I grind oat flakes at home, and voilà, we can already substitute it.

I realized that there is fish that I like, that xylitol is much better than sugar. That heavenly cakes can be baked by cheating or replacing unhealthy ingredients. That if I avoid oily things far and wide, it will benefit me; in the past, if I ate fried food three times a week, I felt a sense of deprivation. That running clears my head, and that I can already do sit-ups with a 4 kg dumbbell… This program was a huge development both physically and mentally.

I learned a lot from Tomi, but the most important thing is his outlook on life. To push your boundaries. If they tell you to ease up, grit your teeth instead and keep going, because it's not worth choosing the easier path. It's a weak excuse to say you don't have time because you're busy. Yes, I was too, always rushing everywhere, and I admit, it's hard to give up an hour of sleep, or an hour with my boyfriend, but we are forced to make sacrifices. But if our goal is truly important to us, we will solve it and overcome the obstacles. We must stand before all our goals like warriors, until we finally achieve them, and once we have achieved them, we can set new ones. This is the kind of mindset Tomi taught me, and I will always be grateful to him for it. I live my life this way now, because it's the only way it makes sense. If I want something, I am able to fight for it until I'm exhausted, putting all my strength and energy into it. Just like I did now. Because I put my heart and soul into these 70 days.

I was driven by desire… the desire to prove myself and to those who believe in me and support me. This is how the 1-hour warm-up run instead of 10 minutes, the extra gym workout once a week, and an additional TRX session in the last few weeks were born. I intend to keep these up. Furthermore, during university, compulsory physical education, which takes the form of women's body shaping with weights, teaches the 100% correct execution of exercises, among many new things.

I am grateful to Tomi for choosing me to be among the Slimes. Before the program, despite having goals and willpower, I was stuck. I needed someone to push me past a certain point and kickstart this whole struggle. You were exactly like a fuse to a bomb for me. I only hope that I achieve my goal by summer, and this bomb can make a really big impact. Which, in all likelihood, wouldn't have started without you. So, thank you again… one more thing, you really put together a great team, where friendships were forged. The common program, common workouts, and common goals held us together. Friendships that we hope will last long-term and not be forgotten.
