I'm a bit down because the weight loss has stopped... ever since I got the scale, I weigh myself every morning, but there's been no significant change in the last 15 days. And I don't really see a difference between the 15th and 30th day's pictures... However, this is balanced by the many compliments, praise, and messages asking how I'm doing it! :) Although the girls are getting on my nerves, constantly fussing over me and how I look. I have to tell them to stop! Honestly, I never liked being the center of attention or having people focus on me. But I mentioned this in my introduction video, that even this can't stop me from getting in, or now from reaching that certain forty-nine. Though perhaps I should be happy with the small progress... and that it never showed more pounds than the previous day.

I don't know/understand why poor Reni is struggling so much to stick to it. With a higher weight, it should be easier, or if it's just home-cooked food, then with clever choices, and of course, she could use more support. I hope all these good and bad comments give her strength and show that she's as skilled in LifeTilt as she is in floristry!

I'm not entirely innocent either... I mean, I had two "sins" during the 4-day weekend. I simply couldn't resist taking a sip of my boyfriend's beer... and very cleverly, I left my running shoes at home, so the fourth prescribed run of the week was missed. So, as soon as I got home, I weighed myself, but it showed the same as on Saturday...

I felt the first 15 days were much more dynamic... I'm doing the diet, the running, and the stair climbing, if I can manage it and don't want to write a will after the 25th step... Oh yes, and another step towards a healthier life: instead of an oil change, I asked for a bicycle for my name day, so that after 12 years I can get out of the car and not use it even to go next door. I just need a basket for the front now so I can bring my daily lunch to work. :)
