Móni

It's incredibly hard to start writing this report. I started writing it a week ago to finish it by now, but I only managed to type one sentence :)

Around day 40, my surroundings transitioned from "you look great" to "oh my god, stop, don't lose any more weight." Of course, my mom is my biggest critic. When she saw me at 54 kilos, with my hair up, instead of a compliment, she was literally horrified by what had happened to my face (I almost cried then).

She doesn't see the fat that's still there... of course, so much has already gone, but not all of it. And if I bring up how much more I need to trim, then it's "oh, you've gone too far" and a lot of wisdom. I keep thinking that this isn't enough, I should have lost more weight, etc. But then, if I do the math, losing 9 kilos in just over a month isn't bad at all.

And damn, how easy it is. It's just that women really need this, to be spoon-fed what to do and how, and with a tiny bit of determination, it works. The kilos just came off, eating every 3 hours like a baby, and I didn't really overdo it with exercise. I managed to improve my first island lap by 9 minutes. I know 32 minutes isn't the best, but after a 10-year break and a lot of cigarettes, I'm a little happy. :)

The only hassle is food pre-preparation and the dirty dishes left behind (I hate that so much). But I can say I've gotten the hang of it, because if I buy a large amount of chicken breast, I portion it, season it, freeze it, and then cook it before work in the morning. I did the same with vegetable stews, rice, so everything works.

But only 20 days left. I'm going crazy. 4 more kilos. It has to work.
Go for it!
