The first season of Slim3 has ended. I feel like I did when I came home from abroad after 8 months, and everyone was asking what it was like there, tell me about it... I was unable to put together even a single meaningful complex sentence, because simply so much had happened during my time there that due to the backlog of events and stories, I couldn't really convey my thoughts, or even just simply tell them how I felt. It took a while for things to settle down, for the picture to come together, and for me to place the experiences I had lived into the right shelf of my memory storage. I feel the same now that something that was damn good has ended, something that was a part of my life for 3 months, and 3 girls were also a part of it. Vivien sent me her pictures yesterday, we shot her video interview, and with this post, one of the most defining and successful chapters in the blog's history comes to an end.
The 3 Slim girls lost 40.6 kg during the program, and although I haven't added it up, the loss in centimeters per body part must be somewhere around 150 cm, in just 12 weeks. It was Erika's obsession to ask me who I was most proud of, and who I thought won this game. To this, I can only say what I said then, that Slim3 is not a competition, but a motivational project, in which there can be no, nor does there need to be, a winner, because everyone won with this program. The Slims won a new look with a better life, and you also won, those of you who started your programs because of the Slims.
And what did Slim3 give me and what did I win with it? Everything...

Vivien
From the beginning of the program, I wanted to live up to Bence, the blog readers, and myself. I always knew that if I didn't go for a run, it would show in the pictures and on the tape measure, so I couldn't get lazy for a minute. I was afraid of people's reactions. Especially when I said that my starting weight was actually more than I had given. But every positive comment, praise, and encouragement I received from the blog readers, my friends, and my family during the program felt very good. These gave me strength for the program, although I wouldn't say it was easy for a minute, but I always had in mind why I was doing all this... I think that's the most important thing. I feel that my relationship with Bence was quite good during the program, although there were two weeks when we didn't talk at all, but I got to know a very good person in him. Whatever problem I had, I could always call him and he always gave answers to my problems.

During these 90 days, only one thing hurt me about him, which accompanied my program throughout. In the first few days, it didn't feel very good when he repeatedly told me that Adri and Erika would surely finish, but I would definitely give up. He even said it in the last video with Adri, which I didn't really understand. Why would I give up in the last ten days? I still don't understand why he said such things, but maybe the fault is mine and it really seemed like I was taking it lightly and could give up at any moment?! I don't know how anyone judged me, but I am sure of one thing.
I am proud of myself. Minus 17 kg? I can't believe it. I have never lost this much weight from anything, and now I know that miracle cures are really useless; all you need is a good Lifetilt diet and exercise. That would be the miracle cure. Now I'm taking a short break and will start a 70-day program with renewed energy, primarily to prepare for the summer, so that for the first time in my life, I can have a summer I've only dreamed of until now. During these 70 days, I want to go down to 55kg, and then perhaps for the first time in my life, I will be satisfied with myself. I received so many good things from this program; my life has completely changed.
Bence! First and foremost, I owe you thanks for allowing me to be part of Slim3 and for helping me become a much more confident, happier woman. If my boyfriend hadn't encouraged me to apply for the program, I would probably still be 82 kg, or even more, and would feel just as bad as I did 3 months ago. That's why I'm also grateful to him for always standing by me and, when I didn't feel like running, taking my hand and coming with me. To my friends and my parents as well
Thank you for everything!!
