I'm on day 30 of the program. What can I say? I feel great, this morning the scale showed 55.5 kg. It's the icing on the cake that exactly 5 years ago we got together with my future husband (wow, it's strange to write that J), and that was the last time I weighed this much.

Speaking of numbers, on Sunday I ran my first 10 kilometers on the island! Me, the champion of anti-runners, who last ran more than 2 km when I was 14. It was a fantastic feeling!

Even with my usual daily routine: household chores, errands, and organizing the upcoming wedding, I'm not tired or enervated. Mornings start well, I can't wait to get up and squeeze my little grapefruit, and then put on my running shoes when I get home from work. I never thought I'd say this, but I enjoy running, and also the Wednesday stair climbing sessions in Tabán!

The diet still doesn't cause any difficulties, although by now I find it monotonous, but that's the least of my worries, isn't it? I love going to the market and buying fresh vegetables, fruits, and fish. I'm not hungry, in fact, I even managed to conquer the evil PMS - which used to turn me into an autonomous eating machine - with kohlrabi or carrots ;) The apple muesli bars recommended by Tomi for emergencies are still unopened, hidden deep in the dark kitchen cabinet.

I really missed cooking (I mean, not just steaming chicken breast and broccoli), so on Saturday I whipped up a serious pork rib soup and lasagna for my friends. Of course, I didn't even lick the spoon J I think these things are decided in the mind. It doesn't even occur to me to look for excuses: that I have to cook normal food for my boyfriend, or that it's our anniversary today, or anything like that.

So, I'm doing well. Very well! My only regret is that the remaining days in the program are dangerously dwindling, I hope it will still be enough time for me to transform properly and become what I want to be by the end!
