Slim3 Zsani The bride Day 50 -10.1kg

Zsanett and Dominik gave me back my long-lost faith in the future of relationships. That's all I wanted to add...

Zsanett
Regarding my weight, there hasn't been a significant change since the previous post, but I actually expected that. Although I don't feel a significant excess weight, the small amount that is there is bothering me more and more. Thanks to the gym workouts of the last three weeks, I see some change in the mirror, primarily in the shoulder-arm-abs area... but I'm far from satisfied, not to mention the glutes-thighs duo. (oh dear L)
What has changed recently is that dieting is no longer something that requires conscious attention AND effort, but a completely normal daily routine. Although, I am now trying to pay more attention to adequate protein intake. Now I only run once a week, and I miss it. Running is simple: I grab my little shoes, put them on, step out of the house, and run. There's the park, there's me, and there are my thoughts. And then the pleasant fatigue. The gym is more interesting: because there are all those strange machines, the mirrors that blatantly show what's what. And there's the caste of perfectly built and/or tanned, bench-pressing muscle colossal men, and little grey mouse Zsanika, with her confused glances and thoughts of "oh my god, how do I get on this thing???". I don't have a routine in the gym, and I have no idea if I'm doing it right, if it makes sense this way. While with running and dieting the pounds almost fell off, now I don't see that dynamic change. And yet I'm doing it with full force, I get up at 5 to be at the gym at the other end of the city by 7. But the results aren't coming, and that makes me tense and impatient. So impatient that even on my rest day I take out my dumbbells and Roman bench at home. It's a difficult matter.
And the wedding is also coming, only 12 more sleeps...
Well, sleeping is getting more and more problematic, because my brain is constantly buzzing, I'm filling out imaginary (and real) checklists, and well, I'm neurotic. Sometimes I feel like I'll be the most messed up bride, my hair won't be good, the band won't show up, the weather will be bad, the guests won't have a good time, there won't be enough/good food/drink, etc.
There's still a pre-marriage counseling session, hair dyeing, an endless series of consultations (band, master of ceremonies, waiters, decorator, who else????), an endless series of beauty treatments for me (which I will indeed need), probably a few breakdowns.
- the music for the ceremony hasn't been chosen
- Dominik doesn't have shoes
- the slideshow during dinner isn't ready (the photos aren't even scanned yet)
- my beautiful cream-white jewelry set ordered from eBay is still in motherf*cking Shanghai, deep in the wardrobe of some slanted-eyed yellow post office girl
- our rings haven't been polished
- we don't have passports
- oh, and our honeymoon isn't booked
- the photo shoot location hasn't been agreed upon
Apart from this, everything is in perfect order. Next time I'll be back as a wife and hopefully much prettier ;)
