By now, more than 100 blogs inspired by or created under the influence of Lifetilt have been registered. Political opinion polls are conducted by surveying 1000-1500 people, yet the same ratios appear with frightening accuracy for 3 million voters as for 1500 respondents. In this case, we are talking about a little over 100 blogs, but just like with institutionalized thieves in the Parliament, the principle of insight into the larger whole from a small sample works perfectly for Lifetilt blogs, meaning that how millions of women behave during a diet in real life, is flawlessly reflected in the women's blogs registered online. 60% of Tilt blogs don't last longer than 1 week, even though each blog tackles its program with as much enthusiasm as our father Viktor approached the 2010 government.

Catchy names, inspired resolutions, angry declarations, huge promises, and then when something actually needs to be done instead of just talking, there are big failures, and suddenly disappearing posts, because it's clear to everyone that if someone doesn't maintain their blog, especially if it's a girl, it's not because they don't have time to write, but because on the second day they already gave up on the program and are currently crying in front of some bathroom mirror over their non-existent life. An average basic woman is compulsive about communicating. Whatever is happening around her, even the most insignificant thing, she can talk about for years, especially if it concerns her appearance. That's why if a woman doesn't write her blog, she isn't doing the program, but if she is and achieves success, she will even decorate her damn breakfast and carefully set up the environment to photograph and upload it to her blog. Showing things, the appearance of the surface, the declaration of social status above all else. My mother is the most extreme manifestation of all this, because she is the kind of woman who, for example, cleans up before the cleaning lady comes to us, so that the cleaning lady doesn't find dirt, because what would she think of her. It's incredible, I'm serious.

So, quite a few blogs stand as mementos in the cemetery of virtual life, but there are also Tilt blogs that are still active today and inspiring. And then there are those sites that are not only active, but are following a similar path as Lifetilt did when it started. There are two such prominent sites that are not closely tied to Lifetilt, but due to their work and positive impact on readers, they deserve to be mentioned.

Shapeshifter - http://shapeshifter.blog.hu/

In my opinion, this is one of the best personal lifestyle blogs, whose writer is a damn good chick, and with whom I have serious business plans for the future. Réka's site is based on the diet recipes she created, and she tested their effectiveness on herself. She has lost I don't know how many kilos with her own method and food, and since hopefully, if all goes well, Lifetilt meal delivery will be available by the end of the year, I thought I would contact Réka, and incorporate her created dishes into the menu of deliverable meals, but of course, only if it is effective as a system within a program. The "For You!" program on the Shapeshifter site is exactly about this, that is, to test the effectiveness of Réka's program, and if it works, Shapeshifter recipes and meals will be available for order alongside Lifetilt diets. These are cool things, you know. Two bloggers building from scratch, and then, of course, we'll see the rest...

Metálozott Testek - http://metalozott-testek.blogspot.hu/

The site aims to be the Hungarian voice of bodyrocksTV's Zuzana Majorová, but in general, the site's foundation is the training methods of foreign sports and lifestyle celebrities available in Hungarian. The blog's author puts tremendous energy into the site, and it truly shows that she wants to help, or wants to start some kind of Hungarian bodyrock line, the only problem is that it will be very difficult or impossible for her to succeed, and that's because the workouts and exercises are simply too difficult for most women. Women don't massively fail at dieting and exercising because they are weak-willed idiots, although that's part of it, but because they embark on too radical diets or exercises that significantly exceed their physical capabilities, because they believe that radical is the quick solution. Therefore, Metálozott Testek is too strong for beginners, and not an alternative for advanced users, because no one seriously thinks that Zuzana looks the way she does because she's messing around with mops and clinging to chair backs. However, Metálozott Testek is a perfect choice for women who are in transition between the two states, and they receive all the help for their workouts on the site, along with many valuable and truly useful pieces of information.

If it weren't for Lifetilt, I would never have moved, and now I still feel that this isn't that f***ing huge overweight that couldn't be dealt with (I know everything can be, but you know, yeah. :D) maybe I can still sort this out in 75 days. The hard part comes after that, because you have to maintain it.

What I expect/want from these 75 days:

  • Obviously, weight loss comes first :D
  • More self-confidence, less stress, "balance"
  • Better skin (by this I mean fewer pimples)
  • I really hope my migraines also disappear, or at least improve
  • experience.

Bence/Tomi, I think what he's doing is good, as a woman I agree with almost 100% of his thinking, his style doesn't bother me either, in any case it would be better if I could graduate from Lifetilt on Monday, than from civics, Hungarian and history. :D But it is what it is. I'm doing these few days in survival mode, and especially the next few months. :D

(I'm writing the blog for myself, and I'm not sharing it anywhere. It's for self-monitoring :))

Obviously, I included this blog because of the last sentence.

lifetilt.blog.hu  , I thought it was worth writing about this site because I owe a lot to it, because it made me realize that yes, I can change my life, I've been through many failed diets and always wanted to lose that miserable 10 kg, but it was always the case that I lost it, but then immediately gained it back, because big disappointments came and snacking became common, but when I found lifetilt half a year ago, everything changed, of course I ended up there completely by chance, I don't even remember how, but that's not the point, so I started reading, and seeing the successful weight losses and Tomi's encouragement, although in a bit of harsh language, but it influences people, I already mentioned the tilt in a previous post, but I thought this blog deserves a whole article. :)

So, my story…

http://justforspite.blog.hu/

We live in a world where it's not about who you are, but how you look... In short: after childbirth, with plus 12kg, 70 days of hard work, training, diet, but most importantly DETERMINATION!! and we'll see what it makes of me... THANKS to B.B. who cut me from Slim3 2, giving my program even more MOMENTUM...

The diary of one of the Slim3 2 brides who didn't make it…

http://wannabebutterfly.blog.hu/

It all started when I was browsing through blogs, randomly typing in words that came to mind. That's how I stumbled upon LifeTiLt, which dear Tamás (no, not Bence, let's remember that finally). He was just advertising Slim3 2... I thought about it for a few days, but eventually I sent in my application... I successfully made it to the last 6 girls, but since something didn't satisfy Tomi about me, I didn't get in.

And a 10+ girl who didn't get in

When I was doing the program, many people asked me what would happen after the program.

How long would I be able to maintain my weight? What would happen? And I answered, even though I didn't know anything for sure. It's been almost a month and a half since I finished the program, and I'm maintaining my weight.

In the first 1-2 weeks, I didn't know what to do with the "great freedom" after the program. I don't know how to express that feeling when some favorite food appeared in front of me. After all, my diet was over, but it was still there that this cake, or meatball, or whatever wouldn't help me get a better figure. (Even though the program itself ended, I don't consider the matter finished, I'm still very far from my goal.)  So I would have eaten it and not. And there were times when I ate it and times when I skipped it.  One thing is for sure, when I had a "cheat day," a diet day definitely followed the next day.

What's interesting is that, as I already wrote, I was an incredibly carbohydrate eater, yet I haven't eaten any pastries since then, or even pasta...

After all this, the question arises in me, if something is so effective, why criticize it? Maybe the method, the execution, or whatever, is not perfect. You can pick apart anything. It's effective!!! That's what interests me.  I'll go even further. Okay, diet done, training checked. I've read so much about this, from so many places, that the attic would be full of them. What makes LifeTilt better? What's the extra that makes it different? Because behind it stands a guy who shamelessly throws the big stinky truth in your face! Something that people just walk past, closing their eyes.  Overall, LifeTilt was greatly needed, because we women, as Mr. LifeTilt wrote (Bence? Tomi? Then it turns out to be Attila...Mr. LifeTilt:))) are capable of so many things in every area of life, but we still can't put together a diet. Where is the mistake hidden?  Well, probably nowhere. We are all interested in something and try to be the best at it. Someone becomes an accountant, someone a chef, someone a personal trainer.  We believe anyone anything, because we assume good intentions. When we know someone is good at something, we expect a solution from them. Perhaps the only mistake is that we are not getting information from the right place. Let's not forget that a journalist is professional in journalism... and it's no accident that companies employ marketers....  Instead of many newspapers, we can achieve wonders with a good personal trainer. And Mr. LifeTilt has now made this accessible to everyone. In addition to giving us the program, he also opened a few eyes... Mine for sure...
