NEW ERA - SPIRITUALITY
Megosztás
2 years ago, I said goodbye hoping that when I returned, the world would be a more peaceful, calmer place. I'm not sure if that happened, but I am sure that I will be able to make the world a much better place for a few people simply by helping them get to know themselves. Because that's what this will be about: getting to know ourselves. I don't want to sugarcoat anything; it won't be easy, far from it, but in the end, you'll be an individual whom your current self will look upon with great pride. This isn't about losing weight, nor is it about workouts. Of course, these are important and need attention, but the focus will be on Tiian, on developing our personalities. Because what good is a new appearance if the problems surrounding you remain unchanged? Tiian isn't a lifestyle change. Tiian is a life change.

I wouldn't have come back if I couldn't say something new or approach a healthy lifestyle differently. Everywhere you see these "personalized" diets, repeated to death, and various workout methods in x-week periods, which, incidentally, I started here back in 2011, and that's it. That's all the lifestyle sector can offer, and of course, everyone is spewing out collagen, so much so that I think soon they'll be selling 95-octane petrol with collagen. No innovation, just let's see what's popular, let's do it too, and maybe enough crumbs will fall off to satisfy the tanning salon that sells its own brand.
"Personalized diet adjustment, continuous online communication, and consideration of individual needs."
God, how pathetic this is somewhere, and it's everywhere. In these moments, I always wonder if the entire sector, with its hundreds, if not thousands, of players, truly can't and doesn't want to invent anything new, or if they desperately want to but have as much creativity as László Kövér has a sense of humor. Probably the latter.
The ability to renew is essential. If only because without renewal, there is no progress. Imagine yourself living and thinking as you did at 16. I don't see the renewal of a healthy lifestyle in diets or workouts. It's important. Very important, and they will continue to form the cornerstones of Tiian, but I have a question here. A question that goes like this:
What will you do with your life once you've lost weight, achieved your ideal appearance, and met your body-related goals?
There are many advantages, I know that very well; that's what Tilt was about for 11 years, how much it can give a person. I'm not questioning that, but simply asking a straightforward question again. What happens after that?
Will you have an even better body? Will you run more, lift heavier weights, diet even harder? To help everyone understand what I'm talking about a little better: many people think that their life might not be ideal now, but it will get better someday. More money, more success, and other superficial nonsense. This is why we work, accumulate, save, and invest; people go to work and build careers for this. However, problems begin when you expect something to turn your life for the better, and you achieve that something, but nothing really changes. More money doesn't bring forgetfulness, achieving a better appearance doesn't nullify traumas, more money doesn't dispel anxiety, the fear of loneliness, existential anxiety. I know someone who is sitting on billions and every damn day is terrified of what will happen if they lose everything.
We are full of fears, inhibitions, traumas, pains, disappointments, lack of faith, and self-doubt, all caused by the people around us. Even the most loving parent can cause damage that we carry for a lifetime. Will losing weight heal this? Will millions solve the memory of childhood ostracism, the unforgettable love that ended, or the unbearable traumas you experienced?
Neither money, nor appearance, nor superficial success solves anything. Only confronting real problems can fundamentally change your world. I'm not talking about other people. You won't be able to change anyone around you, nor should you. You can't, you shouldn't, it's not your business. You only need to get to know one person: yourself. How much energy do we put into getting to know or understanding others, and yet how little we know ourselves. Most people wouldn't even be able to answer what would truly make them happy.
Getting to know our personality and ourselves.
It will be hard. Many will start, and barely anyone will... I almost wrote "finish," but this cannot be finished. That's the best part, that it can't be finished like that. Self-improvement is a crystal tower that can be built endlessly, constructed with the development of your personality and character.
So what happens after you've lost weight? Nothing. You wear smaller clothes and a few idiots disappear from your life. Then, if you don't regain the weight and maintain it for a while, you get used to it, and the problems creep back into your new appearance. What happens if you become more successful and have more money? Nothing. A few idiots disappear from your life, but parasites motivated by self-interest will replace them. You'll have a more comfortable life, but you'll get used to that too eventually, and the same old worries that money can't solve will catch up to you in your bigger apartment and faster car. The problem is, and I hope as many people as possible realize this, that what truly matters in life, money can never solve.
There is no other way. If you want to live a fuller, calmer, and more compact life, you need to develop yourself mentally. Nothing brings peace, satisfaction, or true happiness except the development of our personality, which, of course, absolutely requires a healthy lifestyle as well.
This is what Tiian will be about. Developing our personality, strengthening our mental state, confronting our problems, setting our boundaries, excluding toxic people, and supporting our psyche. It had an elemental impact on me when I embarked on this journey, but thanks to it, I became the person I am today. A person who has the ability to elevate the lives of those willing to follow to an even higher level.
