Tiian Beauty Collagen Crystal is a premium skin, hair, and nail complex combining hydrolyzed bovine collagen (1000 mg), hyaluronic acid (100 mg), biotin (900 μg), vitamins C (80 mg) and E (12 mg), zinc (10 mg), selenium (55 μg), 100 mg nettle leaf extract (DER 5–10:1), and 5 mg BioPiperine®. The formula is designed so that the ingredients enhance each other's effects, supporting radiant skin, stronger hair, and resilient nails through multiple mechanisms.

The collagen-hyaluronic acid duo can increase the skin's water content and elasticity from within, while reducing the visibility of fine wrinkles; according to clinical data, noticeable improvement can be achieved in just a few weeks, or at the latest around 12 weeks.

For hair and nails, biotin can support keratin metabolism, and zinc can support cell division and wound healing; their deficiency can cause hair breakage and nail weakness, making their combination particularly justified in beauty-focused formulas. Nettle leaf extract can complement this internal support.

Vitamins C and E, zinc, and selenium form a coordinated "antioxidant network": vitamins C and E can regenerate each other, protecting against UV-induced free radicals, while selenium- and zinc-dependent systems can inhibit oxidative stress at an enzymatic level – this can slow down skin aging and support immune function. BioPiperine® can enhance the absorption of several vitamins and trace elements, including selenium and fat-soluble antioxidants, thus increasing the likelihood of active ingredients reaching target cells.

Tiian Beauty Collagen is designed for regular, daily use; according to empirical and clinical data, improvements in skin hydration and elasticity are noticeable within 2–8 weeks, and more significant aesthetic effects related to collagen are typically seen around 12 weeks. The collagen in the product is of animal (bovine) origin.
