Tiian Beauty Collagen Crystal is a premium skin, hair, and nail complex that combines hydrolyzed bovine collagen (1000 mg), hyaluronic acid (100 mg), biotin (900 μg), vitamin C (80 mg) and E (12 mg), zinc (10 mg), selenium (55 μg), 100 mg of nettle leaf extract (DER 5–10:1) and 5 mg of BioPiperine®. The formula is designed to ensure that the ingredients enhance each other's effects, supporting radiant skin, stronger hair, and resilient nails through multiple mechanisms.
The collagen-hyaluronic acid duo can increase the skin's water content and elasticity from within, while reducing the visibility of fine wrinkles; based on clinical data, significant improvement can be achieved within a few weeks, but at the latest around 12 weeks.
For hair and nails, biotin can support keratin metabolism, and zinc can support cell division and wound healing; their deficiency can cause hair breakage and weak nails, making their combination particularly justified in beauty formulas. Nettle leaf extract can complement this internal support.
Vitamins C, E, zinc, and selenium form a coordinated "antioxidant network": vitamins C and E regenerate each other, protecting against UV-induced free radicals, while selenium and zinc-dependent systems can inhibit oxidative stress at an enzymatic level – this can slow skin aging and support immune function. The collagen in the product is of animal (bovine) origin.
